I have been a longtime customer. I understood when they raised their prices, stopped taking cards, cash only all due to Covid. I do not understand why though they did not honor my free eyebrow threading since my stamp card was full. I went in with only $2.00 for a tip because II was supposed to not pay anything. I was told sorry they do not honor the free pass anymore. Ok, well you should this time and explain no more. Then I had to use my card and was charged for that. They did honor the price for 50% off. Its not the money, its the principle. I’m a senior citizen and you should have honored the full stamped card. What really upset me is the owner whom I’ve known for years just kept her back to me, never apologized, never explained why, never said thank you or goodbye. Not good customer service or not a kind way to treat a very good customer. My name is Debra, not Brenna as the post states.

I have been a customer for many years and I cant say enough about how nice they are and their services are excellent. I have been to a few places nearby and they are not as warm and endearing. They could charge more for their services but I always leave a generous tip. Please try them out if you need a threading. You wont be disappointed.
