I was looking for another place to get my eyebrows threaded because the place I used to go to increased their prices (by a lot). I was recommended this place by some women on Facebook, and let me tell you, I am SO happy with the result.

Worst experience ever , would like to give 0 or -10 as review rating for my recent visit. I think the waxing person in this salon is either completely in experienced or they make up there mind to burn you as soon as they see you. I went to their shop on 08/28/2022 and they burned my hand during waxing. The room is so dark and dirty and they might have reused the hot roller so many times that it burned my hand. The hot roller is so unhygienic and it seems they use it again and again on multiple people.. Now I am so afraid that I don’t know whats going to happen to my hand. Can I sue them or take any legal action to burn me like this ? Please help and I will definitely not recommend this shop ever to anybody.

Wanting to get my haircut I had called 5 different places, everyone is booked till next week. Friend of our visited this place today in the morning and had posted a note on one of the social media app we both share. I called StartGlow Salon & was told If I can come in right now, I live 15 mins away from them. I got there by 11:00 got my haircut done. They really clean good before you walk & after you walkout. They have a waiting area outside, they took my temperature, wearing all protective gears and did an amazing job.

This place is the best in Hillsborough for eyebrows because of Rounak!! She’s precise and very attentive to details. Her social behavior and customer service experience is like talking to family. I have done facials with her as well and she has taken care of hygiene and treated my sensitive skin with care, recommended skin care through her vast knowledge. Thanks for your spectacular job!

Blow dry review- I was charged $55 for a blow dry which was basic and done in <30 mins (there was no iron involved). Salon overcharges for the quality of service provided. The hair products are not great. The hair washing station smelled. I have no problem paying $50 for blow dry but expect better service and products to be used.

I’ve regularly done my eyebrows and facial hair at Starglow for a few years and I can’t get them done anywhere else! I especially recommend Rounak. I have very thick hair and very sensitive skin which can be very hard to work with but Rounak does a gentle yet thorough job. She’s definitely the best aesthetician I’ve gone to for facial hair removal and you can tell from her technique that she’s very experienced. You’ll be in good hands if you ask for her to do your brows or any facial hair removal!

Ronuk is so amazing! I moved from NY to NJ recently, and I was stressed to find a place to get my eyebrows threaded. I first tried the StarGlow in Skillman and I was not happy with their lack of professionalism and unfriendliness. They almost seem irritated and miserable when they see a customer. I then started to research more and read amazing reviews about Ronuk in Hillsborough. I was so happy with how Ronuk treats her clients. She is sweet, personable, friendly, and professional. She does an amazing job with threading, and I’m sure she’s amazing at every service she provides. I am so happy that I don’t have to worry about where to go for threading. Thank you for being amazing even though the Skillman location is 1 minute from my house, I will drive 20 minutes just so Ronuk can do my eyebrows!
