I’ve tried going a few times. They never have time for me. Last time I walked in and they were mostly empty. I asked for a full set. She sat and thought about it, then said they didn’t have an opening for full set and were only doing pedis. Went to lovely nails and got my nails done in 30 minutes with great customer service.

My absolute favorite place to go! The staff is super friendly, the establishment is clean, and their work is great. I have never had an issue going here. It has takin me a long time to find a place that I feel does a good job and is friendly and Stardust does both! Sometimes they are very busy so it’s hard to get in but the wait is absolutely worth it.

I’ve been here a couple times, but this last time was bad. The owner took off my old nail polish and during my mani gave me a nice big cut on my thumb cuticle because she was busy talking with one of her employees. Ok not too bad it happens, but then when I got to my nail technician and she starts doing my nails and the process is NOT like the powder dip I ordered she said, “yeah the dip color you wanted clumps so I’m doing the same color gel over the dip base.” Ok….by this time there is a gel clear coat on all my nails and my pinkie was done. I said, “if I’d known that I would have preferred dip I don’t really like how gel looks.” She did not respond, didn’t even look at me, didn’t stop and ask if I wanted something else or if it was wrong, nope, just kept doing my nails like nothing was said. I sat in the chair trying not to cry I was so upset, the color was weird as gel and she was doing the French tip so badly. I just wanted a good day while getting my nails done. To top it all off i paid for a Mani that includes the massage, and NO ONE GAVE ME A MASSAGE. Did I tip the lady? Yes, of course. But did they lose a customer and now have bad advertising for as long as I can breathe? Yes. I went to the one down the street from them and the lady was SUPER busy but managed to fit me in and do my nails quicker and better than stardust.

The ladies working here were so kind and helpful when I went in with my 2 sons. They helped my son take off his shoes and get safely in the pedicure chair, while I held my baby. They talked to us instead of just to each other.

Unless you’re a regular customer they will tell you they’re booked everytime, even with only 1 customer there. Just moving to Hannibal I could have became a regular if they didn’t deny me every time I go in.

All the gals were very sweet. Beautiful clean place. We had a wait but was able to leave and they called us when we were 20 min from them needing us.
