HORRIBLE!!!! I got my nails painted (just painted, literally nothing else. They were bare nails that were already cut and filed and I strictly got my hands and toes just painted) and not only did they cut my finger open but then tried to charge me 73$. When I refused to pay this much because i did not receive a manicure or pedicure, the male nail tech screamed in my face. I mean screamed.i then paid because I just wanted to leave and after swiping my card he threw it in my face.

I would highly suggest not going to this salon for multiple reasons. The salon itself is not clean. The towel that they place under your hands had someone else’s nails on them that they just shook off and reused the towel. None of the tools that were used were sterilized. The technician cut the skin on two of my fingers causing them to bleed. The dip manicure that I received took over an hour and a half and within one week they had already started chipping. Overall unsanitary salon with very poor quality service.

I have been going to Star Tips Nail and Spa for many years. The staff is so helpful and friendly. The have a lot of colors to choose from. After a long week at work, I enjoy going and getting a manicure and pedicure to relax and start my weekend. Highly recommend Star Tips Nail and Spa if you want to be pamper yourself and relax. Helen and Felix do a wonderful job. Here are pictures from the last time I saw Felix. Love them A+++ job. They last 2+ weeks

Women don’t go here! My daughter had her nails done by a man that works there & he repeatedly turned his phone around so she could see her face on his FaceTime and he had several “friends” looking at her. When she uncomfortably asked why he was doing that , he stopped. When I brought it up with management they pretended to not understand & talk their way out of the situation.

Not good. I got SNS dip polish done, which I’ve gotten many times before at other salons. To start, when I had to pick my color they didn’t have the SNS polish on an example nail and you just had to look at the jar – anyone who’s gotten SNS knows the color can look very different in the powder form than when it’s on your fingers. The nail tech didn’t use the transparent dip powder that’s typically used as base/top coat to protect nails. She also got polish all over my fingers and spent about 15 minutes at the end trying to pick it all off from around my fingers and made me bleed. The color was also uneven and some parts were darker than others. The only reason I’m not giving 1 star is because the polish did last for a long time.

Not only was there visible grime in certain places, but the man who did my manicure was in such a hurry that he sanded off my gel manicure (rather than soaking in acetone) and made my nails paper thin. After that, he aggressively attacked my cuticles, cutting me in the process. I got a dip manicure and there was a big chunk of stuff stuck on top of one of the nails, which all broke and chipped within a couple of days.I was sorely disappointed in this salon. Not only was there visible grime in certain places, but the man who did my manicure was in such a hurry that he sanded off my gel manicure (rather than soaking in acetone) and made my nails paper thin. After that, he aggressively attacked my cuticles, cutting me in the process. I got a dip manicure and there was a big chunk of stuff stuck on top of one of the nails, which all broke and chipped within a couple of days.

I have been getting my nails done for years an I needed to get my nails filled for a event an my normal place was booked so I went here the lady who did my nails was rude an filed nails down to the shape she thought they should bean didn’t listen when I asked her to stop an keep my nails the way I already had them also filed my nails so thin they keep breaking off I have never had trouble with my nails breaking off will not be go back to this place ever again
