I had my threading and full body waxing here and it was a great experience. Eyebrow threading was my first time experience, got perfect shape. She was quick, personable and attentive. Needless to say, I will be seeing her more regularly. Worth to try with reasonable price and hope you will not be disappointed!

Very heavy handed! The worst eyebrow threading and waxing experience I have ever had. Upon finishing the threading process of my eyebrows… It appeared as if nothing had been done at all despite all the pain I endured. When I told her about it she stated that I didn’t have enough brows to do anything with. I’ve had my eyebrows threaded for the past 5 years and have never ever heard that so I just assumed she did not know what she was doing and told her not to worry about trying to fix it because I would hate for her to mess it up any further. I also wanted a waxing service and she was unable to completely remove the hair and she was using some type of weird waxing apparatus with a rolling ball which seemed highly unsanitary if you’re just rolling this across the skin of each of your clients and left my skin inflamed and irritated. The environment was highly unsanitary with very minimal lighting. It was a miracle that she was able to see what she was doing in the first place. There was trash and debris from previous work done on clients still lingering around the work areas. I’m not sure how this establishment still has a license to perform work in Bloomfield but I ended up having to go to the threading shop across the street who was able to work a miracle on the whack job this lady did to my face. If i could give this place NO stars; I would.

Renu is wonderful! She has done my eyebrows, upper lip & sideburns via threading. They look wonderful and most recently used henna on my eyebrows. I have been hooked since my first visit! You won’t be disappointed.

This was my first visit at the Threading & Henna Salon. She is really friendly & professional. There is no pain and she is able to create a perfect arch. I am SO HAPPY to have found this salon. She did a great job threading eyebrows, upper lip, face & chin.

I decided last minute to get my eyebrows done and most places around me were closed. I looked online for threading places and found Threading & Henna Salon in West Hartford and called the number. Immediately I got a response and set up an appointment to get my eyebrows done. I am completely satisfied with the results and on such short notice! I definitely will be frequenting this place again!

I just went today and it is my first time threading. I love my eyebrows ! Renu made my eyebrows the same again when they were uneven due to waxing. I will be coming here all the time to do my eyebrows. It was also very fast and the pain wasn’t that bad. Thank you Renu, I’ll be coming back ❤️

The first time I came to this salon, my experience was wonderful. The woman that was here threaded my eyebrows and they looked amazing. My second experience however, I’m not too pleased with. First off, their Google hours are incorrect. The business doors say they don’t open until 11:30am Tues-Sat. I went there for 11am on a Saturday based off the Google hours and decided to wait until they actually opened, 11:30am. Upon going back for 11:30 there was still no one around. I even then waited until 11:45am and by then decided to give up (as there still was no one there) and go somewhere else. The quality of their work is very good however all other customer service aspects they are truly lacking on.

First, when I came in she was eating, which was fine but she didnt wash her hands and then came to work on my eyebrows. She messed them up and messed up my arch.. i left without any arch and they were very thin and sparse. She did not even do an arch and told me that my eyebrows are difficult and she didnt know how to do them after she already messed them up… definitely will not be returning here
