Called in for a walk in haircut and was told to come down immediately with great energy. Shop was nice and playing Barbershop the movie. Greg was my barber and he listened to everything I asked for and made great conversation. Definitely will return. Thanks!

Unprofessional. I walked in and the barber at the front chair ignored me when I asked him if he could cut my hair. Then I asked the guy sitting at the counter if they could get me in, and that MF also just looked at me and looked back at the same barber. Now mind you these guys probably were 20-22 years old, so I figured maybe they weren’t thought respect, professionalism. So rather than make a scene, l walked out. It took one of the older gentlemen cutting way at the back to run out the door and ask me if I needed a haircut. I finally got my haircut and it was exactly how I wanted it. Because of that gentleman I gave 2 stars. I would like to give more stars because of him, but because of the guys at the front, I must rate the place on my overall experience, since I can’t simply ignore them as they ignored me.

I am sitting in here right now on August 19th, 2017, at 3:07PM. I brought my sons in to get their hair cut. They both signed their names on the list at the same time. My youngest got his hair cut right after we arrived. My oldest prefers Robert. We sat here over an hour, and my son was passed over several times while people that arrived after us went to the chair ahead of us. I asked Robert about it, and he told me that two of the people who came in after is had appointments. Then he told me he didn’t see my son. I understand how appointments work, but there is nowhere in the shop that explains to customers that appointment holders will be seen first. There isn’t even a place where it states you can make appointments. I wasted over two hours of my time here waiting around for people who came after me to be finished before me. My day was full, and they impacted my ability to conduct, and complete my company business for the day.

Star Status brings a great vibe with good music and cool paintings around the shop. The barbers are all friendly. My barber Chris always does a great job and offers great conversation about sports, news, etc. I would definitely recommend this place for your next haircut.

Went there last month on a Sunday and 2 barber’s where there. Waited almost 1 hours for 1 person’s haircut who beat me in the door by 10 seconds. Then an appt client came. A girl who had a shaved head, that took 45 minutes to do. Finally get a haircut after almost 2 hours of waiting. Barber charged me $30 for a fade with a scissor cut. Every other time it’s $20 or $25 tops, they make their own prices. Now we are making up prices? No facial hair or eyebrows done. After 2.50 hours of waiting for a haircut i was done. Last time i ever go back. Barber’s are more worried about slow service and chatting with other barber’s. Not professional at all. Music is ghetto and with alot of dirty versions of songs. Not professional.. again.. with children and women there.

Star Status is beyond a Barber Shop. They care and educate the young on doing well in school and respect to elders. This speak volume. Not to mention the barbers are skilled and very clean. My son loves this shop. Shout out to Rob he keeps my young man Fresh everytime.. All the barbers are great there try them out..

Bar none the best barbershop I’ve been too in Broward. Probably the best since I left Philly. All the barbers are really good but there are 2 ALL STARS I mean like celebrity level Barbers in there Dave and lou. The first 2 chairs to the right when you walk in. Plus they have teeth whitening and top end entertainment while you wait.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThis barbershop has lots of potential and could be better but the music is way too loud to the point you cant hear the conversations you have.
