The owner’s haircut skills are excellent, but she charges different price rates each time to the types of customers for the pretty much same hair styles, $13, $15, $17, $18, and $20. This flexible price policy is not tolerable, and should be fixed soon, unless otherwise she will keep loosing her steady customers.

The best place in the BCS area to get haircuts for under $10. Especially if you are an Asian male looking for a decent cut. Karen is a true master at her craft and can style and cut your hair however you desire. You can even show her pictures of the cut/style and she will produce. Beware of those advertising to cut hair at your own apt/home or at a church for they are not licensed or professionals. Karen is amazing at what she does. Highly recommended.

This place is highly recommended if you’re looking for a genuine and skillful stylist. I was very pleased with my first visit and Karen did an awesome job with my hair cut, not to mention she’s very good with fades. The wait was close to nothing compared to my 2-3 hour average waits back in Houston. For a small humble salon in the BCS area, this is the best place to get your hair done at for an amazingly affordable price! Great job Karen! I’ll be back for another cut!

Got a really cool zero high fade comb over in Houston and hoped I could get one at a reasonable price here too. Karen has been cutting hair for a very long time. I trust that she knows what she is doing and that she does her best to cater to the customer’s needs and preferences. In College Station, the fraction of Asian-Americans is relatively lower than other bigger cities like Houston or Dallas. This means that finding a barber that knows how to cut Asian hair specifically i difficult. After going to many different barbers over the course of two to three years, I feel like Karen has given me the best service and consistency. A lot of my friends feel the same way too. Some negative reviews label Karen as unskilled and unreliable. Karen takes the effort to reply to these comments to justify herself, and even offers compensation.
