First off they do not use a disposable tub protectors. Gross. Two their tools are not even sanitized. Three the lady I had was so rude. Just because I told her regular gel pedicure she treated me so poorly. Then I was giving her tip she was literally breathing down my neck. After the poor experience I still tipped her normal. She said something to me in a different language with my tip and seemed angry. I will never go back there again. I do not know how they are not shutdown for lack of cleanliness.

If you are looking for a clean nail salon with the best service, this is the best you can get. The owners are always so welcoming and takes real good care of all the customers ….. new or returning. The place in bright, conveniently located with plenty of parking. The prefer cash tips and cash in general but these days it seems everyone does not just them. I would definitely give this place a shot if you are looking for nail salon in the area.

I paid to get the weekly Polish put on my nails, the man that did my nail left them clumpy and with air bubbles, when I pointed out the problem the manager tried to tell me this was normal as if it was my first time getting me nails done, I had already paid I asked for my money back she told me no grab my arm and said come back tomorrow I’ll fix them. I really didn’t like being yelled at and having my arm grab in a room full of people I definitely won’t go back. Avoid this location at all cost

Very Clean place and that is extremely important to me. Hard to find that in the area. Had a good manicure from a guy there. Would have been nice if he spoke to me. Tried to have a bit of a conversation but he clearly wasn’t interested. But happy with my manicure and that’s what’s important.

I took my daughter yesterday to get her nails done. She did the gel. However, it stated to peel that evening. I took her back today. She decided to do the powder instead. Cane redid it and Judy made sure we were very satisfied before we left. Thank you Pink Nails for your professionalism and kindness.

Not a good experience. The staff showed no interest in pleasing their client. I had to tell the man that was doing my pedicure several times to shorten the nails and he never did. I honestly think my nails looked better before i went in there than when I left. Plus my feet even felt rough and dry. Not good service. Will definitely not go back.
