The first time I came in was very nice! The man that worked there isn’t very friendly but I decided to still see how they did nails because I haven’t been here before and the nail shop down the street only takes appointments. Anywho the first time I went afterwards she gave me a card and signed the back and told me, “next time free ok” I thought “perfect, next full is free! ” I went again today to get my full it’s been about 3 weeks. As we’re finishing up I just give her the tip and hand her the card that she signed previously. She told me it’s not free as she laughed and thought I was the crazy one.. made me feel uncomfortable. The card clearly says FREE fill OR pedicure. If she would have explained the card a little better like saying as she handed me the card the first time “fill this card up with signatures and then you get a free fill.” That would have been more helpful, thank god I had money on me because I went there assuming it would be free. Also the man did my nails this time and he’s very rough. If you go here DO NOT get the man.. he didn’t level out the acrylic either so my nails look all lumpy.
