Yesterday (Mother’s Day) I had an appointment to get my nails done with a friend for her birthday. We got there around 11, it was packed and we were immediately separated. We were rushed to pick our colors and services. Although it was busy, by the time we were done, the place was basically empty and they were still open for several hours, so why the rush? The pedicure was lovely, but my gel manicure was a disaster. I told the woman “oval” for shape, she nodded and said “okay”. My nails are not oval, but rounded square and completely uneven. I didn’t want to correct her, because my nails would have been shaped down to nothing. The polish was applied well, however, very clean and even. Such a mixed bag of a place – do NOT reccomend.

One of the workers on the phone gave me the price, however, when I called again for the third time and was about to start talking, the worker on the phone said “Oh My God”, then hanged up the phone. I definitely DON’T RECCOMMEND that place to anyone. I called back and her excuse is that I called 4 times. Workers don’t disrespect their customers like that and she didn’t even apologize for her poor choice of words and her attitude. So, if you are looking for a place to get your nails done or at least ask about getting your nails done, DON’T CALL STAR NAILS and TANNING SALON. I DO NOT recommend this place at all. First, they took less than 10 minutes to do my pedicure, when we finished I gave her tip and Vanessa said that I was supposed to give her 15% lol. Are you kidding me? Tips are earned and you didn’t. You have to have more respect to your customers. Never going back.

Had my nails and toes done. My girls had there nails done as well. Not a good welcoming. Showing a bad Attitude. My nails were not well done. And has that nerve to ask for tips for herself and for the other two ladies that did my daughters nails. Once I left tips for all 3 ladies, one said thank you and the other two silence, I think they are daughter and mother.The one that did my nails started yelling and saying something in her own language. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI do not recommend this place. They made my eyebrows two different sizes. They rushed through the pedicure because I didn’t buy the most expensive pedicure. They were very rude and kept rushing us. I will not return. They were cleaning the fish tank and emptied the water into the pedicure bath. Very disgusting.

I had to pay with a credit card because I didn’t have any cash on me or anything and I just got out of work and didn’t have time to go to the bank. the woman Tina who did my nails said what you have no cash for tip?and she told me next time if I come in I have to have cash for a tip. My friend and I got a pedicure, not only did they give her dirty looks the whole time but my toenails we’re uneven (one was actually sharp) and the nail polish chipped within a day. Overpriced for bad work!
