I’ve been coming here for the past year or so, I usually get linda for my toes & someone different each time for my nails. They have a high standard of talent and I am never dissatisfied. Today Hailey did my set and I will definitely be asking for her again when I come back. I needed them perfect for a festival im going to and They went above my expectations and came out flawless. She took her time making sure they were thin and pointy and perfectly even, and did the design spectacular even tho it was her first time doing them this way. Every one keep complimenting them in the salon confirming that they are as amazing as I thought. They are definitely worth the price and I would recommend asking for her!

Very rough service! Jason started to do the manicure I told once, twice to do more clean and thin. He left the table leaving my hands in a dirt of powder. If you are asking to do what you want they will never do that.

Poor service, poor sanitation and they don’t honor your appointment so don’t bother making one! I had to sit over 40 mins AFTER my appointment while my mom was nearly done, moreover, the woman that did my moms pedi made her toe bleed and didn’t do the best job removing her callus while we were paying extra for the callus removal. To make matters worse, they sat me down and asked the turned the water on to soak my feet while he was looking for someone to do my pedi and I stepped in something really sharp in the water to find a giant nail. GROSS! I asked to be seated somewhere else.

Sue is my go to girl. Its worth the drive and higher price. The nail shops in my area are not use to POC but, Star Nails is and I love it Been coming here for years and they are so nice and accommodating. No attitude if you cancel or arrive late.

GIRLS!!! Yesssss…. I can’t remember the last time I went to a salon and got an even set of acrylic nails. I got my nails done by Jason and this is how nails should be done. Not thick or uneven or different sized chunks. They feel like real nails . I got a blue cat eye gel polish for both my hands and toes. I paid $133 for a gel pedi and gel new set of acrylics. Yes it’s pricey but this is how much I’ve paid at other places with waaaaay lower quality than this.

Worst customer service and Horrible management Jason doesn’t a decent fill horrible new set . He gives you what he wants and not what you ask for …just says he can’t do curve, he can’t do white and pink powder and he don’t do design ..all of this as he continues to do your nails . My last 4 appointment I had to wait anywhere from 35 to 45 mins …again decent fill horrible at new set ..so I went somewhere else to fix the new set he did for me ..paid twice to get my nails how I wanted …made the 1st appointment in the morning so I would not have to wait so long when Jason did my fills and then had to wait again cause he was late to work..plus he has the nerve to tell me he is doing my nails for the last time because his feelings are hurt I went to someone else and starts fighting with me cause I went to someone else…i told him no i was not going to let him do my nails anymore…im paying to get a service to get my nails how I want not what he wants to do..I only went there cause its of being close to my house . I found a new lady that did a great job with my nails somewhere else with no aggravation. The owner doesn’t care or even let’s you complain about your horrible experience she just rushes you off …They have no concept of running a business with good customer service…we live in a free country and can have more than one person or shop do your nails depending on what you want but not according to Jason ….SMH …

Great customer service. The staff worked very quickly given that we were there on Christmas Eve. Pricing is average for adults but a little pricey for children. My daughter is 3 and her pedi was $16 (no soaking, no massage). They ONLY painted her nails. They do a great job and listen to your exact requests.

I really enjoyed getting my nails done by Thao. Sweet sweet person very gentle and takes her time to do your nails. My issue is with how its managed. The manager is always in a rush and hurries you (annoying). I’ve called twice and they have refused to book me with the person I choose. 1st time I was able to book then they call me back and say she is sick and can book with someone else, so I did and to my surprise she’s there doing someone else nails. 2nd time I call they say she is out for a couple of weeks but they can book me with someone else (same person as last time). I let them know that I do not like the work that was done as they weren’t detailed oriented, didn’t use the same color acrylic and where rushing me. Sadly i will not be returning to this place. Will miss the nail tech

My experience at this salon has been disappointing each and every time. They always have a problem doing my nails the way I want them. If I want them thicker they say “No too thick looks too bad.” If I want them to curve they say “no that you have to build the nail and it won’t look right,” but I’m confused because I’m spending my money on my set of nails. I have had so many problems with this salon and I don’t recommend you going here. They always speak over you when you say how you want your nails. I also want to add that anytime a problem is occurring they start speaking in another language to their colleagues and I feel that is very rude and unprofessional!!! There are many good nail salons but this one isn’t one of them!!!
