Critical: Quality, ValueWent in with a simple glitter ombre design, came out with a disaster. Didn’t get what I asked for, he burned my index and pinky finger multiple times, he completely missed my side walls on my entire left hand, spent way too much time filing on the left side than on the right, my cuticles are lifting on three of my nails, and two of my nails on each hand are blatantly crooked. Never coming back, and most definitely will never recommending to anyone. Went in with a simple glitter ombre design, came out with a disaster. Didn’t get what I asked for, he burned my index and pinky finger multiple times, he completely missed my side walls on my entire left hand, spent way too much time filing on the left side than on the right, my cuticles are lifting on three of my nails, and two of my nails on each hand are blatantly crooked. The workers are nice but to be honest their skills are a c+ at best. The have limited color options and they take forever on your nails. Their cleanliness could be improved as well. I had to ask them to fix my nails two times because the polish was uneven and little lint or hairs kept getting stuck on them. I kept getting burnt from the drill. This is okay if you want like one color gel nails. The acrylics always come out too thick. Don’t ask for anything fancy lol. One time I came only for gel nails and they forgot the clear top coat on one nail. They do have potential but this is always a last option for me if I don’t want to go to Albuquerque. If they would clean up their skills and cleanliness it would be better. Also they have walk ins and appointment coming in at the same time. They don’t prioritize the appointment makers so don’t waste your time making one. It’s first come first serve. I’ve seen people with appointments come in at a certain time and have to wait for the walk in to be done. They could just have one person do appointments and one do walk in nope. They also need to be more organized with this!

I usually get my nails done in Albuquerque, but I decided to try Grants since it is a little closer to where I live. Big mistake. The tech was doing okay until customers started coming in saying they had appointments. The tech began rushing and started being careless with my nails. He didn’t allow my nails enough time under the lamp and the top coat was super streaky and some nails were only half covered! Super disappointed with how my nails came out and will never return to this location again. They need better time management skills and/or hire more techs. Next time, I’ll be sure to drive to Albuquerque for better service and quality.

Guy didn’t polish good. Had me soaking in water for very long time. Didn’t make conversation or anything. When they put my shoe on they hit my little toe n messed up polish. Polished it again n all toes had blobs of polish on them. I only recommend going with woman not men.

Critical: Punctuality, QualityI called around 10am to make an appointment that same day for 4pm told them I needed a soak off & a new set. I got there around 3:45pm. I had to wait 10 minutes PAST my appointment time when I did get sat down the boy who did my soak off was AWKWARDLY quit, after about 25 minutes the lady had me sit in her chair she did my nails, I hated them my gel polish is bumpy & uneven she missed sidewalls on some of my nails, my polish is even chipping and she wasn’t very nice or talkative either I think she said TWO things to me & that was what colors I wanted & what shape, she was very rough with filling. The only one who is nice & welcoming is the man disappointed I didn’t get him. I went in today for the first time & everyone there was so sweet & welcoming. Ben is the one who did my nails & he was amazing. It didn’t matter how many people walked in, he was in no hurry and wanted to make sure they were PERFECT. & he did just that. The price was great too. I am happy to say that I will be coming back to do my nails here every time! Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality.

The lady there never talked to me I was expecting a amazing first Time at a salon!! When she was filling there was white junk on the file!!! AND she burned my skin!!!! A day before I asked the prices and she said 25$ then when they were done she said 55$ last she did not let me pick my nail color but I over all liked it

This place is amazing and the staff is so friendly!! After having my nails trashed in Farmington, I walked in expecting them to not be able to do anything with my nails. That was the exact opposite! He took his time to make sure he wouldn’t make my thin nails any thinner, and even gave me tips and tricks to look for if I have them done in Farmington again. Needless to say, I will just be making the trip from Farmington to have my nails done here from now on! Absolutely worth it!!
