This is the worse place ever I have came here several times and this time was beyond bad I had came in at 4:00 pm I had asked one of the ladies if I could walk to the store and get a drink she told me I had 30 min I went and came back in 20 min it’s now been almost 2 hours and still haven’t gotten my nails done I had asked what was going on all the employees were very very rude and unprofessional they are very very rude and unprofessional I will never ever go back here again

Critical: Professionalism, ValueVery unprofessional. They were rushing me. Left my nails all in a different shape and they would hurt my cuticles every time they would file. Also, my hands were left super dry because the nail tech got confused with using alcohol instead of acetone and she had to get rid of my old color. Never going back again.
