Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueIf I could give it 1 star I would.I’ve been going here now for a few months (new to Texas within the last few years so have been trying different places) & from the start they rush through & are impolite. My co workers go here & speak highly of 2 techs, in which I’ve used both. The last time I got a pedicure (I go every 2-3 weeks) they were rude so I told myself I wouldn’t be going back. I went back to my old nail shop (honestly don’t know why I left) and come to find out I have TOE NAIL FUNGUS!!!!! Never, ever have I had anything wrong with my feet nor nails. I take pretty good care of them, so much so I’ve heard I should be a foot model. They have ruined my feet. My nail tech now said it could take up to 3 months to go away. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP! They are rude, unprofessional & obviously the tools are not clean. First time doing shellac on my natural nails and Timmy did an amazing job! I will for sure be back .❤️HE ALSO did my feet and was very careful and sweet . Sandi did my eyebrows and I was very happy with the outcome . I finally found a place who knows how to treat they customers but also do an outstanding job ! Thank you start nails! My mother in law, Michelle, introduced me to this nail salon when I first moved here and we absolutely love their services. They have the best customer service and take pride in what they do. They truly want to give you what you come in there and have always done a really good job. I even had my wedding nails done here and they were beautiful. 10/10 would recommend them
