Pedicure was amazing, manicure was done by a different very surly gentleman. I will not go back. He is very rough and impatient. I’ve had surgery on both hands and can’t turn my thumbs to his liking, he hurt me while working on my nails multiple times. He used to make idle chatter, mostly political in nature. Someone must have complained as he is now stone cold silent (not in a good way). I’ve asked the last two times for a different tech and always get him. I’m taking my business elsewhere.

it was horrible. she did my eyebrows so bad and laughed a little when i looked at them. there uneven and extremely thin. she didn’t even try to do them nice she did them in under 5 minutes. i look like a fool and thank god i know how to do makeup or this would be even worse. do not recommend going here at all .

Pedi was horrible I told them how I didn’t like the paint job, they took off and put on 3 times. My feet have never been so dry and rough after a $60 basic pedi. Way too expensive for the service they provided. Then my nails where all out of shape different sizes and length one was even crooked and I told him and he didn’t do nothing about it. Was very u satisfied. This is the 2 time having a bad experience with this nail shop the first time the lady cut two of my fingers and quickly used super glue to stop the bleeding like i didn’t notice. Just horrible they refused to do my nails how I wanted. Terrible service will never return! If I could rate a 0 I would!!

Tech was young and terrible. Did not even try to get dry skin off my feet. This is not the way to get a tip. I generally tip very well. I stopped going to them a few years ago and thought I would give them a chance again. Bad move on my part. I don’t even want to give them 1 star. And the store was filthy. Pedicure

I went a few times– for dip and pedis and the last time for nail and polish removal. They do nails and pedis well but the removal? No way will I go back for anything. They used an electric nail file that they use to cut down artificial nails on my BARE nails and TOENAILS. yes, they used an electric nail file to remove the dip and gel polish instead of a long soak. I was so shocked, I could not speak. My cuticles were ruined and my nails hurt for days after.

I normally go to a place in Shelbyville but due to not being to get in until next week, I needed a quick fix. My nails look good. But Wow. I will never go back to this salon. The lady that did my nails burnt the tips of my fingers, used the dremel to cut my cuticles. Which burned like hëll!!! My fingers hurt so bad after I left it hurt to scratch my cheek. Her clean up job on the polish, that’s a joke. It’s all over my fingers. When she would file my nails she filed more of my skin than anything. When she was getting her stuff set up she pull out a rubber latex glove that had been used!! A used glove!!! The paper towel they use to dab, she had to pull it apart like it had already been used. And you could hear it rip apart when she pulled it. Gross. Sick. The big palm brush they use to brush off your hands, she cleaned the table off with and then proceeded to use it on my hands. No sanitation whatsoever. It was the dirtiest salon I’d ever been too. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend.
