7 months pregnant, was hoping to have a quick pedi after a long day at work, arrived at 6pm. I was asked to come back tomorrow. I asked if they were open till 7 like the posted business hours on the door listed and also confirmed online prior to leaving my home. I confirmed with her they were open till 7, she says yes. Then proceeds to tell me well we close early if we don’t have any customers. I looked around and there was nobody else in there except another woman sitting with the nail tech chatting. I said well, I am a paying customer and the response I received was “well I have lots of things to do.” She made it very clear that she had no interest in providing any kind of service. I advised her I would take my money elsewhere and walked out. Perhaps the open sign should have been turned off and/or the doors locked. I was willing to give this place another try after the FIRST bad experience and terrible customer service now this. I will never return here and will not recommend this to anyone. Trying to keep my money local, I’ll start visiting Serendipity where I am sure they will appreciate my business and not refuse services!

They were not clear on a price and I had to pay $50 for a pedicure which seemed to be an “express pedicure” very very annoying. I have never paid that much. My nails didn’t really even look that good

I found The Establishment to be clean. The staff was friendly and attentive. I was impressed with her skill while doing my nails she did not overbuff my natural nail I was pleased. She checked in multiple times to be sure she was doing what I wanted. I’ll go back they just got a regular.

This review is only based off of the acrylic nail services my daughter received for part of her15th bday present. She asked for a full set of medium length, coffin shaped, with black gel polish set of acrylic nails. We got her nails done Sat. Feb. 26th 2022, and as she was opening her gifts Sun. March 6th they all started popping off!!! 1 week they lasted for $55.00!! It was supposed to be $50 but I was told while I was there that it was $5 more coffin shape. Which was fine with me. I was actually sitting there in disbelief of what I was watching!! 1st thing I noticed right off the bat she DID NO NAIL PREP service on her!! She didn’t even push her cuticles back!! She has an E-file she could have used a cuticle bit if she didn’t want to use the basic cuticle pusher. This is why the nails only lasted 1 week. Without proper nail prep your nail enhancements will not last!! They were not all coffin shaped either. Some had more of a square shape than others. At least 3-4 of the nail tips were crooked!! When I was watching her her file my daughters nails I could tell she was getting frustrated. And my daughter said she could feel when she was getting frustrated because it felt like she was sawing at her at times!! She looked more concerned at the clock and then she kept looking at the number of people waiting there than she did with my daughters nails!! She was done with a FULL SET of acrylic nails in 40-45min.!!! which if she walked out of there with at least straight nails and all coffin shaped, I would have been happy!! I knew they were not going to last without any nail prep.!!! Keep in mind this place has multiple stations and this was only 1 persons work that I am giving this review on. Each station was numbered and I am not going to call out which station we were at. But maybe the owners will take this review and talk it over with their staff about doing better and being better!! $55.00 down the drain and a very disappointed and embarrassed 15yr old had her nails popping off while opening her gifts!! #dobetterbebetter

First time here visiting the area. Manicure was maybe 1 minute in tap warm water bowl, no cuticle cream, no cuticle work done at all, lightly rubbed hand lotion and lightly filed natural nail. Paint job was done sloppy. Would not return. Pedicure
