I called before coming in the Saturday before Valentine’s Day (typically a very busy day) asking if they have availability and they said yes come on in. So I drove over and they told me they do not do dip powder manicures – I thought the website said they did, but their Google page for sure said they did – but that was not a SUPER big deal. They then told me it would be cash only – I realized later there IS a sign that says this. I just missed it – so I got cash and after coming back 2 more people had come in, but they still sat me first. Very nice they didn’t have to do that

My girlfriend loves this place. Newer to the area and needed to find a new place to become a regular. She was bummed when we moved and had to leave the one she frequented. After just two experiences at Star nails she is hooked. She said they take pride in their work and are honest about everything. Andy (Dinh) is great!

I went here for a pedicure. They don’t use a liner in the bowl so I wasn’t too impressed. There was only 1 gentleman working and the place was empty. I asked for my nails to be cut straight across and he didn’t do that and he did cut into the sides. The massage was short and not sweet. My search continues for the great pedicure.

This place nearly closed due to covid. They went from 7 employees to 2. Right now they are only accepting cash but going to the bank is pretty easy here. (There are 3 in the shopping center and more within a couple of blocks.)

I was a walk-in and Sandy did my pedicure. I just went with the cheapest (regular) since it was my first time there and didn’t know what to expect. Sandy did an amazing job and really took her time. Everyone was friendly. I’ll definitely go back!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI do not recommend this place and please read my wife’s bad experience. Your service, your work and your lack of respect for the customer is appalling. She was for the second time for a refill, I asked her how much she would charge with the selected color and she said $ 25, she said ok. When he finished and I asked him respectfully that it had not turned out well, and I explained to him but still not being pleased, he turned off. I pay him with a $ 50 bill, which was the only thing she had, and he gave her back $ 5, she claimed him and told him it was $ 25.
