Took my daughter to get her nails done for prom. The location was very nice inside and the nails came out amazing and the price was very reasonable, but more than anything we were blown away by how friendly the new owner was. She did this beautiful set for my daughter, she asked her questions about prom and school, she made every effort to ensure that the look was exactly what my daughter wanted… it was a wonderful experience for a very important set of nails. So glad we came here… we will be back for pedicures!!

I recently was recommended this place by a friend after taking her to my nail place and I will definitely say this is my new favorite spot! Coco always did a great job but she was filled today. I received a different worker whom didn’t state her name. She kept filing my skin on the side of my nail and said sorry then continued to do it. I have anxiety so I just stayed quiet but was upset. She then said “are you sad?” Then she continued and it bled. I spoke up and she said “it’s just a cut. It’ll go away.” I didn’t come to get my finger cut. I came to get my nails done. Also made the coffin shape way too thick. I won’t be back here and no longer will recommend it to anyone. Some of the lines are straight either.

This is the best nail salon I’ve ever been to! It was my first time and I got Zin as my nail tech. She brought me a water without me asking and made sure I was comfortable. She is so kind and helpful and her attention to detail is superb. She took her time to help me find the exact combo of color/chrome dust to match the inspiration photo I showed her. I went for the glazed/pearl look on top of baby pink and I’m obsessed! Also, it is definitely worth the extra $5 for callous removal, I’ve never had my feet so smooth! Ask for Zin, you will not be disappointed! Such a talented nail tech!

This was the first time I decided to go and get my nails done in a long long time, I’m so happy I came across Star nails the owner Rosie did my nails she is so wonderful I honestly can’t say enough nice things about her she’s friendly she’s polite and she did a beautiful job on my nails I will certainly be going back for many years to come. The shop is clean it’s well maintained and managed well, all of the employees are friendly and willing to help they’re also willing to help you decide and even if you can’t decide they’re willing to let you change your mind if you need to several times thanks again Rosie and Star nails see you soon. Updated: went back for my fill today and they were so busy but Rosie made time to fit myself and my daughter in. I decided to get something I normally wouldn’t but I’ll tell you, if you’re looking for a place in Buffalo that does all the cool nails you see online this is the ONLY place I’ve found in this area. So their customer service is incredible and their skill is unmatched. You won’t be disappointed.
