I use to go there with my significant other precovid when the husband and wife owned business. I started going back there recently. I went back for me second time and paid for a gel refill. Within 4 days the gel on both thumbs peeled off. I work from home and have a 9 month old so I dont have a lot of free time. I went back exactly a week later with a additional 2 fingers chipes and coming off and asked if I could have a discount because this should not happen in less then a week with gel. He asked me for a receipt but I paid cash and was given no receipt. The person who did my nails was standing right there and chose today not to speak any English and said nothing in my defense. Im bothered because I was the first appointment that Friday morning waited 20 min for my scheduled appointment so that they could turn on lights and get buiness ready. All while having a good attitude and telling them not to worry and to take their time. To turn around and be treated like this. I’m beyond upset. The owner is the same owner from when I use to go but his wife opened her own business. I can see why! Horrible customer service. I will never go here again.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityThis was my second time going to the nail salon after having a pretty okay time before. I thought to give them the benefit of the doubt and let them do my nails again. I had a acrylic full set done, and over all the nails are really nice. They are not too thick and have the shape that i want. But the reason i am giving this a lower amount of stars is due to the them overbooking the stuff. Which causes for long wait times. I did make an appointment ahead of time but i was still waiting for 45 minutes after the time i was promised. Another factor was because of how over booked they were, the person who was doing my nails was rushing. Because of her rushing, the nail drill and file she was using cut me many times. Two of these cuts being so deep that i had to go get them bandaged. In all my years of getting my nails done, this is by far the BEST salon I’ve ever been to! My mom and I have finally found OUR nail techs! From the day we went in, the new management made us feel at home. Paul & Kim welcomed us with open arms and make sure we always leave happy with our nails. Now that I’ve met their newest tech, Mark, I’m in heaven. I’ve never felt so pampered. Their skill, professionalism and generosity surpasses any other salon we’ve been to thus far! Love this place. I definitely recommend this Salon. I have been coming here since March of this year and I am never disappointed. Kim is my go to nail tech and owner of the salon. Tina is great for pedicures. Staff is very friendly and professional. Salon is always clean. Call ahead for an appointment because they get many walk ins.

First time I went to this place this past Saturday and would not go back. I went for a fill, pedicure, and eyebrows. Have no complaints about my eyebrows. However, the tech who did my nails must have been new. Nails are too thick and uneven. She didn’t even check if they were the same length as I’m used to, I was told for the unevenness it was my real nails that grow like that, that is a lie I’ve been doing my nails for years now. The nail polish on my toes were not even dry because once I got home my big toe was messed up. On top of it all my toes and finger nails were painted 2 different colors. As I specified several times I want them the same color. The tech almost put acrylic on my nails when I only get pink gel powder. Not satisfied and do not have time to go back and get it fixed as it should have been done right the first time.

I got acrylic nails. The nails over all are good. Good shape and thickness. Only down side is that she used gel polish without telling me and the designs she did look so bad. I can’t fix them because she did gel so I can’t just wipe it off.
