The bar that I was seated at was very dirty, there was acrylic all over it. They guy made my nails the complete wrong shape and glued the tip at the veerrrrryy end of my nail, making it easier to fall off. My nails are extremely thin and sharp. They guy asked me repeatedly if i wanted dip and i kept saying i wanted acrylic. he tried to take advantage of me being young and not knowing how to use money. I will be calling them. One of the nails was completely lifted up.

Yes my granddaughter has been coming to Star Nails and Spa for about 2 years and always a nail pop off after two days. So she was in on January 28.2023, before 4:00 that afternoon about 5 nails pop off, when we call back the Manager said no, no no. We can’t do anything. Showed up and no one greeted us and everyone avoided eye contact or even acknowledge any of the 8 people walking in/waiting. I finally asked about me and my sisters appointment 15 mins after the set time and was told just a few minutes. They didn’t ask my name or service. Finally get going 35 minutes after appointment time and we’re told, after our nails there will be 30 mins until pedicure, at this point we declined. What I am most upset about is I got my nails done yesterday, fill and gel and then white on my French already chipped. This is Star nails definition of nail service! I’m so upset I spent an hour to be told she couldn’t do an ombré. Then I was charged $30 for service! If your simple and don’t require much they can help if not this is not the place for you! Nail art, Dip powder

I drive out of my way to go Star Nails. Kathy has everything any person would want for their nails. She always has all the new styles and products. My favorite is Pink and White. She does the best job at it ! I get so many compliments all the time. Kathy of course has many years of experience and they come shining through every time I visit this salon. This lady cleaned my feet with some utensils and washed the utensils with the water in the pedicure bowl and told me to put my feet back in the water ??? Like wth. They used to be real good but now a bunch of inexperienced people work here, this is my 3rd time in a row where I’ve came here and have been disappointed- never coming back.
