Kim was amazing! I’ve been here a few time (I live in South Carolina but visit Massachusetts) and I have never had a bad experience. They are super fast but this does not effect the quality as they do an amazing job each time. I forgot cash for a tip and also had misplaced my bank card for the atm and they worked with me allowing venmo (but remember cash for tipping). I will be requesting Kim next time but all of their nail techs are amazing! Thank y’all!!!

I gave this place another try and yet again it was terrible. Toenails are all uneven. Rushed through what was supposed to be a relaxing experience. Cut my big toe and it bled. Ended up going to CVS to buy alcohol so my toes didn’t get infected. Definitely does not look like I just got my feet done. Never again@ Pedicure

I was in and out of the salon in an hour and ten minutes! I had a gel pedicure and a dip manicure which normally I end up spending closer to two hours sometimes more with both services done at the same appointment. My nails look amazing and they took time to be sure my gel nail color matched my dip nail color. I mentioned at the start of the appointment I didn’t like when my dip nail got too thick and heavy and the technician took care to be sure it was as thin as possible! I had a gel pedicure and a dip manicure which normally I end up spending closer to two hours sometimes more with both services done at the same appointment. My nails look amazing and they took time to be sure my gel nail color matched my dip nail color. Do not use this salon. I previously got ok manicure pedicure but went for acrylic nails and WHAT A DISASTER! The nails do not come off with 100% acetone and they are like slime which means this salon is using ILLEGAL MMA nails. This product can cause permanent damage to your nails. My advice stay far far away!!!! Acrylic nails

After getting the gel applied to my nails, within 3 days my nail chipped and then within a week my the nail polish began to peel from the botton of my nails. Lisa was my nail stylist, great customer service but charging me for extra for a product that suppose to make my nails last longer is not what I stand for. Tip was provided as well. This was the first and last time I spend my money at this salon.

Just had a pedicure and a gel manicure for the first time at this location. My hands and feet look amazing! They were very clean and did a great job, and the prices are very reasonable. The massage chairs were nice and the hot stone massage and scrub as part of the pedi was a nice added bonus. Will definitely be returning!

Stay away from this salon. I came with my daughter to have main pedi’s. The woman doing my pedicure used tools out of a plastic container I’m not sure how sterile this was and when doing my pedicure she cut so far down the side of my big toe that not only was it painful but I’m sure I will now get a ingrown nail. I will never go there again! I get pedicures all the time and this place was so below the standard I’m used to I can’t imagine they will stay in business long.
