Went in to get a fill and a new design. William did my nails, and spent a lot of time and effort ensuring it was exactly what I had asked for. He fixed several mistakes done by the technician I had seen previously. This is easily the best experience I have ever had at a nail salon, and William is the best technician to ever help me. I highly recommend this place!

I have been a loyal customer for over a year. I’m so disappointed at the professionalism of my nail tech. I made an appointment for 11, i waited due to the fact I was early and my tech was finishing up a pedicure. The receptionist was ask to take off my polish (A mess). I continued to wait , I couldn’t believe as I sat there my tech begin doings another pedicure. It was 11:45 and my tech never acknowledged me waiting . Of course I left very upset and disappointed. I will not be returning , to me it’s all about making money and not loyalty to you regular customer. Very, very unprofessional.

Most of the nail techs here seem veet nice. They do great work and are very detail oriented. One of them though discriminated against my special needs daughter. My daughter haher her s been getting her nails done for 10 years despite having cerebral palsy. The tech took one look at my daughter’s hand and said, “” was too hard.” After refusing to even try to do my 14 year olds nails, she proceeded to do a client next to me. The client she had no problem serving asked for hand drawn designs on each one of her nails!! How was that not too hard but my daughter’s dip powder was? I was appalled by her actions towards my child. Thank God the man who did my nails took the time to do my daughter’s nails. He even did acrylic and gel instead of dip. We will be back won’t be letting that rude woman near us. We always tip well for good service so her loss for judging my daughter and myself.

Critical: Cleanliness, QualityTo start, I just moved to the area from Dallas. This is my second nail salon to try due to the first one doing a terrible paint job.And this salon was no different. I’m not sure if you can tell, but the ridges on my toes are NOT my nail. I believe it’s how the paint dried and I didn’t notice until I was home after running errands. They also insisted me NOT put my sandals on before the polish, even though thy allow my foot to completely come up for easy polish jobs.
