They have terrible hygiene, everything was filthy, they don’t clean after the clients. I did not like how I was handled while getting the service. Asked for rhistones and was put a glob of clear polish before adding the stones and sealed with clear polish and it completely opaqued the shine on the stone, plus fabric lint was left on multiple nails. Paid a whooping $$$ not worth. I’m sorry but never going back

I don’t like leaving bad reviews but today my daughter went in to get a french tip pedicure they charged her $50. Regular price for that is $35 we have been to many places and this is what they charge of course extra for the tip. They argued and gave bad customer service. The french tip is not even straight. Very unsatisfied. Will not be returning to these rude people.

I came here on recommendation from my sister, she had mood changing color and I wanted it too! So happy I did, SO many colors available! I got red/black, came on a Saturday morning and was already packed, but I was in and out 40 min with a fill and 4 repairs. Will be back again. (Pic is few days old)

Critical: ProfessionalismScheduled an appointment and was 20 MINS EARLY and when I got there they said they Were too busy to take my appointment that day.. I was very disappointed they waited till I got there to say this.. went to Bomb nail bar salon and had a wayyyy better experience and Star Nails lied in their response I would not have mind waiting at all cause I was getting them done for my birthday and had plenty of time to wait I was simply told they could not take me cause they got unexpectedly too busy.. smh and I read there response lol .. nobody was late they were busy and didn’t know how to handle the situation… I ended up going to Coco Nail Bar in Algonquin for a walk in They never disappoint. I was so glad they could take me last minute because Star Nails could not handle being busy and overbooked clients so they started turning customers with appointments away. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, Valuevery bad customer service it’s mandatory with this ladies to do and wear what they want not you want done. If you to a nail Salon you choose and select what you want done and pay them to do it how you want your nails done.
