Nails are not cut evenly. took my daughter to get hers done as well and hers are very uneven and the gel top coat had mad bubbles and they refused to fix it without charging. The bubbles were not our fault, should not have to pay for a fix that we didn’t cause. Gel manicures

I tried this place out after my nail tech moved to Florida. I’ve had my nails done 18+ years. When I politely pointed out missed spots on my gel overlay and nail polish the nail tech became rude towards me, ignored me, and became aggressive with my hands. The nail tech put super glue in the back side of my gel layover because she was sloppy, and had left edges of my nail exposed. She would have left them that way if I had not said anything. She never asked if I wanted my nails shorter, got annoyed when I asked a quarter of the way through to take some length off. I gave 3 stars because she did okay on my my pedicure. Over all the experience was not an enjoyable experience, I felt bad for asking her to do a decent job. I do not recommend this place

The person that did my nails cute me twice. She seemed to be in a hurry. It wasn’t busy and at the time there wasn’t anyone waiting. I had asked for acrylic nails and she did gel. Was not happy when I paid and had to pay more than expected.

Critical: QualityI went to this place for a fill in last minute for my birthday.. worst decision ever! First of all I showed the tech a pic of what I wanted and the only thing that is right is the design.. barely. It’s supposed to be glitter but instead looks like aluminum foil on my fingers. Secondly the so called fill in was only ONE application of acrylic over my old nails to the point that when I left I can see the difference from where my old nails had moved away from my nail bed… which is probably the reason why one has popped off already.. ( the old nail) because his thin line of acrylic stayed on my real nails. DISAPPOINTING AND WOULD NEVER RETURN.I went to this place for a fill in last minute for my birthday.. worst decision ever!
