Way over priced for a gel manicure, paid $50 plus tip to get cut multiple times (thumb looks infected too) just to have the polish chip the very next day. All I wanted was nice nails for a vacation and just left feeling ripped off. Been going to the Warren location for years prior to the pandemic and this is not up to the quality I was used to from this business.

I was greeted politely and signed in. I waited about 10 minutes and was then called back to have Jack do my nails. He was very kind and very efficient. He did a lovely job on my nails just the way I requested. This is a beautiful and clean Salon. I will go back. I just wish they had a Masseuse! Acrylic nails

My appointment was at 6pm and I’m waiting for 30 minutes after checking in and nobody that is employed there can approach me and tell me why it’s taking so long or how much longer it may be? Honestly, do better. My time is valuable and your customers are your business. It takes next to no effort to be up front with your customers and communicate with them.

I gave this place a second chance after never wanting to walk into the Elm rd location ever again. Walked in with my daughter to get her nails done for homecoming. Wasn’t busy at all. Maybe 3 ladies sitting waiting. The young girl at the desk asked if we had an appointment and I told her no. She got so rude and yelled saying we are so busy can’t you see we have no time for you. Really glad that your staff speaks to your customers that way. Never again will I step foot in any of your locations. If you are busy that’s completely understandable. But there is no reason to be rude.

I had a reservation at 10.45 and I came in around 10.25 and then I checked in.. I’ve been waiting till around 11.00 and then it was supposed to be my turn but a lady came in and checked in and guess what? The nail tech (a girl) do her nails first without asking me if I’m on the list or no. What the hell… And then I came to the counter and asked how long is the wait for me and thank God a guy told the other girl to took me after she finished. Please take whoever check in first. I hope the owner see my review. Thanks!!!

Came in earlier to make an appt. Appt was for 2p. Came in at 1:55p. Didn’t get set with a technician till 2:30 and she could not help me because she doesn’t do overlay, but she could do my pedicure. My mom then gets sat at one table, then asked to move to another table. Technician starts on her, but there seems to be communication issues as my mom is hard of hearing and the tech was speaking loud enough for her. The tech then moves her to the otherwise of the salon and puts her nails in a solution and says nothing. My pedicure is completed and now I am waiting for my overlay. 2 techs finish and they call back 2 other woman and I’m still sitting there. My mom finally is getting started on and the tech is very kind to her. My pedi tech sees I’m still sitting and goes to the front and finally I get called over. 2 young men start soaking and cutting my nails . The female tech asks what I needed done. I explain and then a Ty comes out (I learned his name before I left) and completes my nails. He did a fantastic job and was extremely personable. The appt started off rough, but all and all ended on a good note.
