I love this place!!!! I’ve been coming consistently for about 7 months. The service is amazing right from when I walk into the salon to right to when I walk out. I schedule my appointments online and choose the tech I’d like. All of the techs are amazing, and each pays attention to details and ensures to ask questions as they go so that the final result is exactly what you want. Their point system is a bonus, I like to save up my points for big, fancy designs. With this salon I always get both quality and excellent customer service, which is difficult to find. I definitely recommend this place to everyone I know. Ken is the tech who did the masterpiece you see below.

Don’t give this place a dime, they are scam artists. They don’t stand by their work, and will refuse to make it right when their services are poorly, leaving you with improperly done nails and wasted money.

I absolutely love my set done by Cindy, she replicated the design exactly how I wanted and the process was overall pretty fast! The blend and shaping of the nails is perfect as well. My only complaints are that she did cut into my cuticle pretty deeply on a couple fingers and the prices are a little high. Overall a good experience!

I went to this location a week ago and got gel-x nails done since the nail tech, Olivia, told me they would last longer and are better for my nails. To start off one of my nails was crooked, and then within three days it fell off. It’s been 6 days since I got my nails done and another nail has lifted. So much for the nails “lasting longer”. Very disappointed.

My daughters and I had been going here for a while. They did a quality job. Today I had to stop my nail tech. My nails were so thick . She had to file and dremmel so much it burned me and hurt. I wanted them off but with the open cuts it would hurt too much. They had Leo, who is great, try and fix, but they are by no means pretty. I tipped Leo generously. I was very surprised when I went to pay for my 2 daughters nails and pedicures and they actually charged me for my nails. Seeing how we spent a lot of money there every 3 weeks, I am not sure it was worth it to charge me for this mistake . Leo, David and Hue are great nail techs.

Their discrimination is too loud for my elderly mother and I. We like to go where we feel comfortable. That is why we try to stay away from places like this but the service “seemed” nice. They were nice to me, I tipped well every time. You don’t charge us $7 for one nail that popped off both of us less than two weeks of service. Others are lifting, our top coat is chipping and uneven. All of a sudden there’s a policy nobody spoke to me about. Terrible customer service. Don’t take it out on the customer because it was done sloppy and incorrect.
