worst set of nails i have ever received. lasted 2 days and broke on everything i touched. lady had told me that she forgot the base primer on one hand but said it would be fine and 4 of the nails on that hand had fallen off within 2 days. tried to get a refund but they refused. my friend was with me and her nail had popped off while the tech was buffing. they looked good but where poor quality and definitely not worth the money.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI wish I could leave a good review, but the nail techs were very rude and unprofessional. They gossiped about other clients and had bad attitudes. I felt very unwelcome in the salon. I was charged $10 extra for *very* sloppy French tips on top of oddly shaped powder nails. Very disappointed. :(Service: Dip powder

The owner didn’t care that my time was wasted and the customer service was horrible. I had patience until I was disrespected and then I had to say something. The very worse experience I have ever had with a nail salon. Ruined my special time with my daughter before her wedding. The owner didn’t care that my time was wasted and the customer service was horrible. I had patience until I was disrespected and then I had to say something. But again the owner doesn’t care.. only cares about the money. DO NOT GO THERE

Critical: ProfessionalismI went in for a pedicure & eyebrows waxed, they told me no wait I started my pedicure she came and half way through went and did another clients nails… I waited for 20 minutes with cold towels wrapped on my legs. Then she completed my pedi besides painting them moved me to the wax chair where I sat for 25 minutes while she finished the other girls nails “cause she had to go to work.” My time was not valued and my pedicure took 45 minutes longer. Nor did she wash her hands after touching my feet and starting the other girls nails. I went in for a pedicure & eyebrows waxed, they told me no wait I started my pedicure she came and half way through went and did another clients nails… I waited for 20 minutes with cold towels wrapped on my legs.
