I haven’t gotten my nails done in years. My husband has them done for me while we were on our cruise in early April. It was time to have them redone. I chose this location from the reviews. They did not disappoint. Linda was my nail tech & she was super sweet. She took her time during every aspect from the removal of the old gel color to the little arm massage! I will 100% request her again.

Critical: ProfessionalismI’ll start by saying that the picture on the left is what I asked for. The one on the right is what I walked out with. To say that I am dissatisfied is an understatement. The tech did not tell me they did not have all of the colors necessary to complete the look until AFTER the navy color was on. I should have not paid a dime. The tech filed my skin while shaping which is also terrible (shape) and my nails underneath are very messy. I will NOT be back! Now I have to go elsewhere to get this tragedy fixed. I have visited this store several times in the past. I’ll start by saying that the picture on the left is what I asked for. The one on the right is what I walked out with. To say that I am dissatisfied is an understatement. This was my absolute favorite place until my most recent pedicure. There was zero customer service. The guy didn’t ask me what kind of pedicure I wanted, didn’t even talk to us while working on my feet…. my toe nails are crooked and I still have dry heels….def not my best pedicure. Pedicure

I want to thank Navy for doing my nails I follow her wherever she goes. I usually have longer nails but due to my newborn I got them short this time. I picked these wonderful colors for May and she toped my white with a beautiful pearl color. I loved it. She is very great with all shapes of nails. She is also great at design and anything she puts her mind to.

I like they work you in quickly. No long waits even on a holiday weekend. The male did a decent job on my nails I would have liked more personable.I gave 4stars because they can work a little more on being more personable as well as cleanliness at the nail station. I would go back if needed but I do prefer my original spot. I like more upscale and clean as well as some conversation while getting nails done for an hour.

My wife went as soon as the shop opened up. So peaceful and quiet. Pedicure and full set turned out exactly how she wanted. She didn’t spend all day in the nail shop because the services were done quickly and precise. Big thanks to Mr. Jimmy!

Critical: QualityI went twice and my first experience was great they guy at the first desk filled my nails and they looked great but the next experience with the lady behind him was aweful. I do gel acrylics and the gel wasnt drying and she kept painting over the top and she didnt even fill tall the way to the the cuticle. Even though it was a fill/color change it looked like I was at my two week fill markthe job was aweful and when I tried to tell her about it she said the clear polish would change it and kept arguing with me afterwards which annoyed me more I just wanted to leave..
