My husband and I have been coming here each month since May 2022 and we have always had a wonderful experience! Very clean, nail technicians are always kind, and they do a great job especially for folks that are diabetic with neuropathy. Always feel welcome, never feel rushed, and they make you feel like you are the only person in the building. I love this place!

I love star nails because they are gentle with my 84 year old mom. They do a great job on our nails and they don’t have a TV on. The salon is bright and airy and doesn’t feel over crowded. Gordon and Vicky are amazing. I’ve had my acrylics done there for nearly 10 years. I’ve never had a nail fungus. They rarely break, and when they do, it’s usually my fault. The owners are nice, their work is alright. I had acrylic nails, the shape isnt consistent and a couple of the nails look like they need a fill already (I had them done today). I plan on expressing my concerns and giving them another go. Here is to hoping my next experience is more satisfying.

I’ve been here off and on since about 2018 and it is the friendly staff (Hi Gordon & Vikki) and amazing looking nails that brings me back. I even was treated nicely when I moved to the Northside, tried a new place, and had to come back to them to fix the job the other salon did to my nails. The new chairs are so comfortable and it’s always a relaxing and quiet place to spend a few hours.

It was ok. They told me it would be a short wait, but it was at least 40 minutes before they even started on my pedicure. The color I chose for my toes was one that would need more than normal polish to get the full effect of the color, and he did three coats. I can see the white top of my toenails through the polish on top. The shaping, cuticle care, massage, scrub.. etc that went with the pedicure was nice.
