So happy to see an Ellensburg nail salon that lines foot tubs with plastic. My first time there was last weekend for a pedicure, take their time, and do an immaculate job. Went back today for quick regular manicure, they were very busy but took time with each client and didn’t make me feel like they were in a hurry. I found my regular salon finally!

The owners of this business are super nice, and the salon is super clean. But unfortunately, this will probably be my last time coming here. There’s not many places to go for nails in Ellensburg that do a quality job, and my first experience here was great so I thought this was finally the place for me. Today however was the second or third time I’ve left the salon bleeding. They remove acrylic very painfully, and today another one of my fingers is left bloody/throbbing. The recent times I’ve come to this salon has seemed super rushed so things get missed or sloppy. With their growing popularity, I get it, there’s only two of them they want to get people in and out, but quality and client safety should come first. I have only gotten acrylics done, I’ve heard awesome things about other services here. Hoping things get turned around because I really like the couple that owns this salon and hope to support them in the future.

Totally recommend this place. I got the French tips, pink and white and the lady took her time. They don’t hurt like other places I had the same nails done at. I’m very happy with the great work.

I came here for acrylic nails and was not happy with the results. At the beginning of the appointment I showed the technician a picture of the nails I wanted. She let me go with cuticles not trimmed and a poor job. I had to ask her to clean up the extra paint splatter before I left. Even tho I made an appointment I was seated late and it took a while. $40

Damaged my nails underneath. They only do half the service they should do. The man left my nails really thick! No massage of hand, no creams are used. To take off dip from last appointment they up charge for that and do not groom or clean nails before next dip is applied. I will not be back! Dip powder

This is the first time I’ve come here because I’ve heard really good things from the locals and I decided to try it for myself! I think it’s a keeper! This husband and wife team does an amazing job….. I almost fell asleep during the pedicure it was amazing and she did a beautiful job on my toenails!!!!!

i I have never written a negative review for any business. I can say that this nail salon is nice in appearance and cleanliness. But the guy does not do a good job on your nails. He does not cover the nail with polish, but also gets polish all over your skin. He filed half of my nails square and half rounded. He left my gel polish all bubbly looking and when I asked him if he could fix it he was very rough and took off the polish and blamed it on how I had positioned my fingers under the light but after he “fixed” them it had become all bubbly looking before I returned home .
