Took my daughter last minute to get her nails done for her birthday. It was nice that they take walk ins. But they filed my perfectly shaped nails with a super course file. Not only did they end up uneven, they are not smooth at all, which will drive any woman insane. Top coat did not even cover the entire surface of paint, and the edge along the critical is very uneven with paint on my skin in places. Then, to top it off, they dont take cards. Cash, venmo or apple pay. Seriously. Warn your customers at the door. Thank the lord I knew someone who happened to come in while we were there who covered our service. Wont be going back.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityOMG!! My nails looked so un even after going to this place I can’t even there so ugly!!! I got acrylic nails and they look so bad I don’t even think she was trying! I’ve been here 3 times since the beginning of 2022 to get a pedicure. Everyone is friendly and professional. My feet always feel amazing afterwards, especially if you get the hot wax.

Making an appointment to then wait for an hour, inconvenient. Seeing someone elses clipped nails on the station while having a manicure, disgusting. Leaving my daughter’s hands soaking in acetone for more than 1/2 an hour, while taking the next appointment, really. Take appointments that can be better managed. I don’t book a time to then be rushed through My time and or share it with another person. Leaving with uneven gritty nails,, on top of the service, guarantees we will not be returning.

Nice people, but unfortunately I was left unsatisfied. Nails came out just okay. Not terrible, but definitely not good. The lady who tended to me, left to touch someone’s feet and did not wash her hands before coming and touching my hands again. She also was extremely rough on the nails and cuticles. I won’t be returning due to my experience.

Never been here before and I went in for a pedicure today but I’ll probably not go back. They only take cash, they reuse disposable items meant to be used for one client (seems like an infection waiting to happen), and the nail tech was really rough. They were pretty nice but I left with my toes covered in as much polish as the nails and for $35 for 30 minutes I expected better.
