Connie (male) and Hannah were great nail techs! Connie worked on my pedicure and didn’t once nick my toes while providing me with an extremely pleasant foot massage Hannah was so resilient in creating the design I wanted for my nails! Although, she had some challenges getting it just right and I gauged she was a novice, I could appreciate her effort for ensuring my satisfaction. I did have some thickness underneath my nails that dried from the process, but I smoothed it out myself since I didn’t want to make another appt. Overall, the experience was great and I would visit again.

I was super impressed, she literally did my fill so fast that I was a little worried they might be crooked or something but honestly they were perfect there was not one flaw and I’m kind of OCD! I wish I had gotten her name but I’ll definitely be going back and hopefully I can find the same girl that did them today because dang she is amazing! Just don’t. My last three visits were all bad experiences. They were gel manicures, each spaced two weeks apart, different days and each time with a new person. I feel confident in my rating. Early April on a Sunday, in the first chair by the register, a young man … I don’t know, practice on me? I say that because he was shaking and there was a gal standing behind him for most of the time. She only jumped in to take over when I pulled my hands back and shook my head no because he was grabbing for nail polish after filing one hand and doing no cuticle work to either. Last visit, three weeks ago, 2nd to last chair, an older gal asked if I wanted to keep the length of my nails or cut. I said keep the length… she cut them. She asked what shape to file, I said more almond … she did round. She nicked me THREE times while filing and cleaning up cuticles. Told me she couldn’t do a jelly colored nail like the photo I provided, only a dip would achieve that color and that was extra (so I picked another color). When it can time to paint she had grabbed the wrong color so I had to stop her, have her remove the polish. Without finishing this essay, I’m sure you can guess that the finished product wasn’t great. Top coat only coated 3/4 of some nailed. Paint had visible bubbles. Her suggestion to fix was to cover with glitter?! I walked out. Just, bye.

He doesn’t pressure you to “upgrade”, he’s respectful of what you want but does make you aware of your options. Pedicures are great and I’ve never had an issue.The only thing I’ve noticed is that if it’s really really busy, they’ll rush a smidge.
