I was brought here for my birthday awhile back by a friend. I had never had my nails done before. It hurt quite a bit when she was using the nail dremel and had even made a few fingers bleed. The end product was not at all what I wanted. They were very misshapen and ugly. Left picture is what I asked for and she said it was no problem. Right picture is what I got. Also had my toes painted and my 7 year old cousin has done a better job. My review is so late because I recently had my nails done for the second time somewhere else and the experience was so much different that it made me realize how wrong this place was.

The ladies were very nice, I feel like a little more time could’ve gotten put into them and it could’ve turned out better. it looked nothing like the reference. the lady tried to fix it after the guy was done but didn’t do much. (1st reference photo, 2nd actual photo)

I have never really taken care of my nails. Once I went somewhere and got an infection. Now I have found star nails I am proud of my nails and go regularly. They are so efficient, it is a great time to relax and be pampered in their massage chairs. I always love the job the do and get compliments. Great place.

Will never return. Gels bubbled up the next day. Came back to have it fixed and she ground down my nail while removing the remaining gel and then that gel manicure only lasted 1 week before getting bubbles and peeling up. After 2 gel manicures my natural nails are paper thin to the point they actually hurt. My pedicure only lasted 1 week as well, I can usually get at least 3 weeks from a gel pedi. Staff was rude when I asked to have it redone but then admitted to using old polish. They don’t know what they’re doing here.
