Waited a couple mins before getting seated and since I was there with a friend they did our nails at the same time, took about two hours top but the amazingly crazy part is that it went by so fast it didn’t even feel like two hours because of their strategy used. All five stars over all because the nails were amazing so were the employees, they were so nice and sweet!! Loved this place definitely going back! Waited a couple mins before getting seated and since I was there with a friend they did our nails at the same time, took about two hours top but the amazingly crazy part is that it went by so fast it didn’t even feel like two hours because of their strategy used. I tried to speak with the employees and manager about the charges they had and they said I would have to speak with each individual who did our nails.They have no records and will not produce a receipt for you upon request. How they’re maintaining their accounting records and reporting to the IRS, I have no idea. Honestly, if this establishment closes due to tax fraud, I wouldn’t be surprised.

Owners may be somewhat polite but they don’t always have your best interest in mind. My nails had started growing fungus and the owner and nail tech told me it’s because I wash my hands too much…. Thank goodness they have some sweet Hispanic employees who attempted to help. Went there for at least 3 years.

Love this place. Tina is wonderful with eyebrows and nail art but she usually has an appointment line up for the whole day. Gina is who I have do my nails. If you call in advanced you don’t have a long wait and my nails always look great. I always get complements.

Went back 3 times cause my nails kept falling off. And one girl gave attitude about saying she didnt want to keep fixing my nails. Bad service. Wouldn’t go back again!. Waist of time and money. Charge me everytime to fix when it was their fault.

She put wax on me and step out to get the strips. Left there in pain!!!..

I went with my 10 yr old daughter to get a manicure with gel color and a pedicure with gel color and for myself a pedicure with gel color. 3 different people did our nails…The man who did my daughters manicure did a great job (friendly and took his time), the lady who did her pedicure took 5 minutes with just a single coat plus didnt put her feet under UV light instead put a small fan only and her nails begin to crack instantly and I told her she just fixed one so I kept pointing out the rest and she just ignored me. I was so upset because I expected her to do a job I paid for instead I get cracked/chipped and thin layer look. That Lady is just for the money and has HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE by ignoring us paying customers. Then she kept telling my daughter stop touching your feet together as if that would ruin the POOR JOB she already did right when we were paying. Gel nails are supposed to be dry and smudge proof!!!!!

Worst nails ever, there was acrylic all over my finger and the shape of my nail was completely gone! I asked him to fix it and he said that he doesn’t see anything and different people had to do my nails, first guy messed them up and then the second gad to “fix” the third did the gel. The gel got air bubbles and smudged off a day later. I called to get my money back and he was even more rude and said i wasnt getting my money back. Worst nails if ever gotten!
