Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis work was done by Theresa, we had been coming to this establishment for over a month now. My mother had an appointment with Theresa and specifically asked for a blue ombré on her nails. Unfortunately, Theresa proofed to be unprofessional by disregarding that my mother had come in with an appointment and rushed her work just to see another client that was a walk in. Terrible work, it looks like an amateur did it. And still had the audacity to charge $41 for her work when she had originally texted us saying a fill was only $36!!! We definitely won’t be coming back or recommending this place. As the work performed was very mediocre and looks like we did it ourselves from home. Her pedicure didn’t even match the French tip Theresa created, despite being the same color. Her pedicure turned out darker than the color on her nails. This work was done by Theresa, we had been coming to this establishment for over a month now. My mother had an appointment with Theresa and specifically asked for a blue ombré on her nails. Unfortunately, Theresa proofed to be unprofessional by disregarding that my mother had come in with an appointment and rushed her work just to see another client that was a walk in. I went to star nails today with my sister and today they made my nails good but they did not do the smiley face good they put it in the ring finger and they were cursing while there were children and they left my sisters nail out you could still see her normal nail and my nail is chunky and not the same shape and more I did not like it and yeah…..

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueZero stars. Went in for waxing the back of my neckline. The neck line was incredibly crooked and it looked funny initially, so she kept trying to fix it. It took her longer than expected and when I was done, they wanted to charge me extra, for their worker taking longer? Ridiculous. I wish I had a picture. She kept waxing to fix it and my hairline kept going up and up… terrible terrible experience. I asked her if it appeared crooked to her too and she said yes and pointed out where, then kept trying to fix it.she always knew exactly where it was wonky… and no it never got fixed and I left with a crooked hairline.Service: WaxingZero stars. Zero stars. Went in for waxing the back of my neckline. The neck line was incredibly crooked and it looked funny initially, so she kept trying to fix it.
