Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI really was skeptical about going here with all the negative reviews. But upon walking in I was greeted and immediately sat in a chair. The nail tech who did my acrylic nails was super nice and did an amazing job! Since my initial visit I have broken two nails with no blame to anyone but myself. Both times they fixed them for free. They only have about 8< employees from the three times I've been but they make sure to get the job done in a efficient time period. I used to go to a different big name salon here in town but I honestly had more issues there. If you can't wait five minutes while your nails dry between coats while they attend to other clients, this place isn't for you. But I mean, you shouldn't be getting your nails done when you're crunching time. Be patient and enjoy your time there. They will take care of you and make sure you're happy. 10/10 service. I really was skeptical about going here with all the negative reviews. But upon walking in I was greeted and immediately sat in a chair. Critical: ProfessionalismI used to love this place but today we waited for an hour which happens. But a girl came in crying tht she needed her nails done. They told her she had to wait in line and this lady went and sat down anyways. She had a few people waiting and they allowed her to cute in front of all of use. They told her she had to wait in line and this lady went and sat down anyways. She had a few people waiting and they allowed her to cute in front of all of use. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWill never come back here! The lady doing my pedicure complained about using the tool to take off the shellac. She didn’t use the right tool for my cuticles & when buffing my toes she does it all at once instead of one by one. The she polished the wrong toe & when I mentioned to her she said it was ok, so I asked her to redo it!!!
