I see Tina and every time and she gets my nails short. It is hard to find someone willing to get them as short as i like. She is also very pleasant and easy to work with! There are also other nail techs at this place who can do complicated designs…iv’s seen them! I highly recommend this place! I usually get my eyebrows waxed too and every time it’s perfection!

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueSomehow the longer you have been a loyal customer of Star Nail, the worse their services get. The prices went up and the quality went down. I will not be back after the horrible service I received from Tracy. She used her fingernail to clean polish off my skin more than once. She did a terrible job on my manicure and argued with me about it when I told her I was unhappy with the lazy job she had done. Not only that, she didn’t trim my cuticles properly or give me a hand and arm massage. The manicure was $26!!! She was also rude when I told her what pedicure I wanted and she tried to upsell me but I already knew she wasn’t going to do a better job if I spent more money. She the skipped my foot mask and lied and said the salon was out of the product. I know this wasn’t true because both women next to me received their foot mask. I actually paid for the pedicure that had a foot mask option and she didn’t use the product I paid for then lied to me!! I’m disappointed that this has been my experience all over town. Somehow the longer you have been a loyal customer of Star Nail, the worse their services get. The prices went up and the quality went down. I will not be back after the horrible service I received from Tracy. She used her fingernail to clean polish off my skin more than once. She did a terrible job on my manicure and argued with me about it when I told her I was unhappy with the lazy job she had done. I really wanted to like this place. The people are nice, but it was so difficult to communicate what I wanted. My nails ended up okay, but for the price it shouldn’t have had any imperfections. They’re very bulky on me because my hands and nail beds are petite. I had asked for a square style but they were huge, and when I told her I didn’t like it, she said its because I chose square? That just doesn’t sound right. I won’t be coming back here, but they were nice if that’s worth anything.

I have been coming to Star Nails since my Son was 7 years old,my Son Is age 30 now,so 23 years of being a loyal customer,I started coming when Kathy was running the shop she was always so kind and professional towards me,but when Kathy left Is when my level of service went down,I have had on more than one occasion as recent as yesterday where someone was rude to me,I had came up to get a fill and a pedicure well when everything was done there was an issue that come up with my last payment when from a previous visit no one called me or sent me a letter concerning this matter,had no idea because I would have taken care of it,they just now lnformed me about it on yesterday and both nail tech and the person In charge became rude with me and I was trying to explain I had no Idea about that payment Issue before yesterday ,I have spent a lot of money with Star Nails over the .20 plus years I have been coming to get services there, and to be talked to rudely and to have your customer loyalty unappreciated it’s very hurtful,I will be going elsewhere to get my nail services from now on it’s to many nail salons In Oklahoma to deal with rudeness,I am resolve payment Issue professionally and I will not be getting services there again,they have lost a very loyal customer, customer service Is not what it use to be!!

Your experience will really depend on who does your nails. For example my nails where done by Tina and she did an amazing job but I know some of the other lady don’t do as throrough of a job. I would recommend making sure who to see before going in. Dip powder

Critical: ValueThey did a French manicure for me and not even five days the white tips started chipping off so I called them and told them about it because I had had my nails done at regal nails and they lasted for about six weeks. So they had me come back in and redo it for free. So I went in and the lady used the sander to take off all the previous polish that was on them and she sanded them down so thin that two days later two of my nails broke back in the quick and two of my nails have already chipped again. So I think they do poor work and I will never go back there. They said they were putting gel polish because that’s what I asked for but I think it’s just the fast drying topcoat that you put when you paint your nails at home. They are so careful about safety and make sure everyone wears a mask. Let me just start off by saying, if you have a time schedule don’t go here. If you don’t have a high pain tolerance don’t go here. The only good thing this salon does is massage your arms and hands after the full set. May I also say they forgot my appointment and I had to wait twenty minutes. I will definitely not be coming back here. The only reason I gave them two stars is because they were nice and the massages. Otherwise, no. It sucked. OP nails is the best place to go if you care about your nails.
