What are these nails even?! I used a $25 gift certificate on these and honestly don’t know if I ever want to go back. Not only did I call ahead and ask how much gel nails would be on my own grown nails and was told $17, and upon getting there and getting them done was charged the whole gift certificate ($25 – $8 more than I was told it’d be) but the guy also did this to my poor nails?

Today was a mother daughter day for my mom and I. We chose to go to Star Nails for my mom’s FIRST pedicure. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience! The salon was nice and clean. The technicians were so friendly and knowledgeable about helping to pick the best suited color for us to use. We will definitely be back and will tell anyone to go there. We were also a walk in and were taken straight in. Love this place. Thank you Star Nails for a great experience 🙂

After reading reviews on several nail salons we chose to go to Star Nails and I’m so glad we did – what a relaxing experience! The salon itself is a quiet little hideaway – having just 7 stations that are curtained off – not the loud crazy experience of a small salon. It was by far the most relaxing pedi I have ever had – they didn’t rush (it was about 45 minutes) and what an amazing massage – in the end my feet and chins felt great (still do and it’s been 3 days) and my toes where pretty in pink!

I have been coming here for almost two months now every two weeks to get my nails done. I went tonight and sat there for approximately two hours waiting to be taken care of. They helped several people who walked in after me before helping me. If I could give them negative stars I would!

Worst service ever! I was told where to sit and waited at least 40 minutes before they even turned on the water for my pedicure. They rushed through it. I asked for my toe nails to be cut and was told no we’ll just file them down. They didn’t listen when I asked the two nail colors to be an opposite pattern on other foot. Then rushed to go sit for them to dry without the top coat. I will never return to this salon.
