Very quiet. The owner and some of the workers don’t talk much but I’m quiet too so I don’t mind. If I have a design that’s simple, they do a great job executing it. Critical: Professionalism, QualityCame in for a pedicure. I have tried this salon a few times. They do not polish your toes to the cuticle. It looks like you need a polish change or tie polish getting up from the pedicure chair. When I told her I did not like the shape she got an attitude and told the owner she could do it then and got up and walked away. Not to mention she can not e plain the difference in the pedicures they offer. I will not be coming back. Ugh! If you are a regular then you get better treatment here. Came in for a pedicure. I have tried this salon a few times. They do not polish your toes to the cuticle. It looks like you need a polish change or tie polish getting up from the pedicure chair. This place is amazing, they where all so sweet, and loved talking with them! I love how Chanel always started a conversation, just makes it even better ! My nails turned out so PERFECT! I don’t know the lady’s name that did my nails but she was so sweet and nice. She did my nails perfectly, not one was crooked or uneven all of them are perfect. The place was very nice, and there were a lot of people working. Even though i was a walk in 45 minuets before they closed at 7pm it didn’t seem rushed and i was the last customer in the store because she stayed late to finish my nails. I would definitely recommend this to someone who wants their nails done.

The Ladies are very friendly, she matched the color I wanted perfectly with the perfect length and almond shape. typical nail salons I’ve been to cut the sides of my nail when filing & acrylic that I have to peel of the skin. she was very gentle left with no cuts or acrylic left on the skin. reasonably priced.

RUDE!!!!!!!!! I walked in and was not greeted by staff, I spoke and both nail techs looked at me and did not say a word!!! I then politely walked out and will never return. Customer service is important! I see why only 2 customers were there on a Friday evening!!! Star Nails is sucks!
