The folks here are absolutely fantastic. It is my wife’s number 1 spot for getting her nails done. Also the place she tried out a pedicure and loved it. They’re no judgment so whatever your needs they can take care of it. They offer ingrown nail removal as well as other services…I think I saw a lady get her eyebrows done today while I was there. If there’s a line they are definitely worth the wait

They do a good pedi for the price. This isn’t a bells whistles crystal chandelier place – just a mom n pop shop. The owner speaks excellent English and the staff makes you feel @ home. They mostly operate off their regulars…but after a few times here they can add me to the list. ♡

If I could give you zero Stars I most certainly would. My wife and I walked in with four of our daughters, it was a special day for them. They were going to the nail salon to get pampered. They’re all very young and we’re very excited about the day. When we walked in we were not created by one single person. We chose to sat down in the seating against the windows and wait patiently. Some time had gone by and several other customers came into the shop and were greeted by employees and then sat down at a desk or whatever they were going to get their pampering done. We had still not yet been greeted. So finally as one of the ladies walked over to the table to grab one of the nail samplers my wife had to grab her attention and say hey is anyone going to greet us? We were then told that it was going to be over an hour and that we might as well not even stay. So we got up and left I being very frustrated. I will let you know that we went over directly to bwon nails was greeted by several of their employees with smiling faces that are beautiful little daughters and they were more than helpful to get us started in the process of picking nail color and getting our girls lined up. What a great experience at Bwon. Sure can’t say the same about your facility. 0 Stars

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, ValueAfter being turned down by 2 nail salons for a quick walk in dip removal I called ahead to Star Nails who said they wouldn’t have a problem helping me on short notice. I was greeted when I entered and was provided great service by a kind man, who’s name I unfortunately did not get. My nails were in very poor condition as I had begun to chip the dip off myself and my thumb nail was even starting to tear! He was non judgemental and did not try to talk me into putting any more product on my nails and agreed with me that they just needed a break! I appreciated the clean environment and COVID precautions in place. If I am in the area again I will absolutely come to StarNails for future nail services! After being turned down by 2 nail salons for a quick walk in dip removal I called ahead to Star Nails who said they wouldn’t have a problem helping me on short notice. I was greeted when I entered and was provided great service by a kind man, who’s name I unfortunately did not get.
