These people, were the nicest people ever, our experience was amazing. They talked to us like we’ve known them for years. Our nails came out gorgeous. I will be coming back. We had acrylics done, and they look amazing.

My first visit was two weeks ago on a Thursday morning for a full set of nails and a pedicure. I wanted to look nice for a destination wedding we were going to out of the country. They were very rushed and did an “okay” job. All of the sarcasm and gossiping amongst the employees, with the owner being the worst, was a little uncomfortable and unprofessional. The owner did my nails and he was very rushed because a big wedding party was coming in that morning (ironically the bride and bridesmaids, etc. from the wedding I was headed to). My nails looked good from a distance, but up close you could see flaws and my pedicure was the same (toenails unevenly trimmed). For what I paid ($110) it should’ve been perfect. I decided to give them another chance with a nail fill last night after work. I was told 30 minutes to wait. I waited 45 minutes with no other acknowledgement. I will be going elsewhere from now on.

First time here and I NEVER BE BACK the owner lady is rude and barks orders at her staff…My pedicure is awful and my nails are to long and when I asked her to cut them down she got a attitude. She was petty and is not good at nails as she’s thinks. I just moved here and I’m glad I won’t go back there. After talking to people they had nothing nice to say about this place

Critical: QualityI am a professional nail technician and I told them multiple times that I was not happy with the quality of the service my friend received because they did not use the proper techniques and the gel polish was in her nail beds and were likely to start lifting the next day. I am a professional nail technician and I told them multiple times that I was not happy with the quality of the service my friend received because they did not use the proper techniques and the gel polish was in her nail beds and were likely to start lifting the next day. They ensure us that this would not be the case and declined the refund we requested and this is what happened only 2 hours later.

Was told 30-40 minute wait, so I waited. 1 hour and 10 minutes later still waiting w no end in sight. I’m a mom of 2 young kids i don’t get free time and I wasted the couple of hours I had kid free sitting there waiting to get my nails done and left with nothing. Would have been nice if they were honest about the wait. Could have went somewhere else but now I don’t have time so I don’t get my nails done before vacation

My friend and I went here several times, the last time was horrible. Pedicure was awful. They charged me $15 to take my gel polish off and then put regular polish on and it came off the next day. My friends nails started chilling 2 days later and mine about the same. For what we paid this is not acceptable. Pedicure, Acrylic nails

Critical: QualityI’ve gotten my nails done here about 4 times now. Always has been great, had a few chip but nothing to fuss over until this past week. I got my nails done Wednesday, had gel done and it was great. Didn’t really like the color but that was my own fault. That night I had a nail chip and went in Thursday for it to be fixed. I went in and decided I wanted a new color, they were going to charge me 35, thought that was a bit high for a nail color I had done not even 24 hours ago. Might I add I didn’t want to say anything Wednesday because there was a lot of people waiting. That same night I had another nail, peep and chip. Went if Friday for it to be fixed, everything was fine. Then Friday night I had 2 more nails chip on my left hand. I was frustrated and to save myself a 4th trip I just started to peel the rest off. I couldn’t get one off so I went it today (4/24/21) and just asked for the gel color to be removed. One of the ladies working said “I just don’t think we are talented enough for you” making it seem like it was MY FAULT and I said I don’t think that’s the case. On Thursday there where two others in here for a chipped nail.” I also said, “I could have been my nails, the color, the way they were put on” trying to take some responsibility that it may have been my fault.” She repeated her self and said that we just aren’t a good fit” This salon isn’t about customer service and make it seem like it’s your fault. Not to mention I tip at least 15-20 every time I get my nails done. Usually Tom does my nails and he’s great, I was frustrated and I could tell they were but to tell a customer that they are not talented enough for your nails is beyond ridiculous and disrespectful. The best part, I tipped on EACH CHIPPED NAIL! I loved this place until that was said to me in front of other customers making it seem like I’m like I’m the horrible person.
