This was my first time here and the experience was lovely! Le and Samantha were so kind and my nails look amazing! The salon was very clean, cozy, and calm. The prices were reasonable and I will definitely be returning. The service was quick but I didn’t feel rushed at all- quite the opposite! Great place. I will bring my friends next time.

My experience was terrible. A friend and I went in. They got us in eight away. I needed a fill and a polish change (two colors and a couple rhinestones) she had gel color already one and just wanted a change. They rushed both of us about a color. The lady kept hurting me when she was filing and using the dremmel and it took over an hour for them to even get the polish off my friends. Anyhow; they charged me $55 (mins tou this was after about 15 hours) and my color was chipping and the rhinestones fell off (she didn’t put a top coat on Them . My friend wanted the same color as I got after all and they told her to make sure when she picked a color It was the right one bc they already shook the bottle she picked……umm then she should have shaken mine before she used them too.

My girlfriend stopped in here to get nails done. She was treated like a complete inconvenience and the lady argued with her and berated her because the color my girlfriend chose was not the color they used. They were taking walk- ins and my girlfriend was fully expecting a little wait time. The lady kept berating her saying these people had appointments and then she was told to leave. Completely unprofessional and do not recommend anyone to patronize this establishment. If i could put negative stars i would

Critical: Professionalism, QualityWent in today with my daughter, my friend ,and her daughter. We were actually there to celebrate her daughter’s birthday. We went in and signed in. They were very hard to hear and to talk with and seemed annoyed that we were there. My friend and I wanted pedicures and the girls wanted acrylic nails. After the confusion at the time of sign it, we thought we were all good. My friend and I got ready for the pedicures, I had old polish on my toes and the lady was annoyed she had to take it off. Girls got started on there nails, my daughter always has a picture of what she wants her nails to look like. The lady she originally started her nails she showed the picture said ok. The lady who was doing my nails put foil on my toes to take the polish off and walked away, went to my daughter looked at her pic, said “no we can’t do that, we don’t do rhinestones” (she wanted a rhinestone cross on one finger on each had) my daughter then said well can you just paint it on instead. Lady said for $10. Daughter was like no thanks I will just do it when I get home then. Went on with the manicure, realized she wasnt doing acrylics. Told her about that she got super nasty with us told us “their acrylics person wasn’t there, and your to young for acrylics” .Me still with foil on my toes waiting for my pedicure to start.Said “what?!? That is the only reason we r here is for them to get acrylics, and how are you going to tell me my daughter is to young?!?! She’s 12 and this is not her first time.We go to many different nail salons. We have never been treated like this. It was as if we were inconveniencing them. It was super uncomfortable atmosphere, and we will never be returning. If they treat others like this, I don’t think they will be open to much longer!Services: Pedicure, Acrylic nailsWent in today with my daughter, my friend ,and her daughter. My 1st experience, I stopped in on my lunch break for an eyebrow wax. I was told by a lady that they were too busy and that I could make an appointment. She gave me a card and I went on my way. My next experience, I called on my lunch break to see if they were busy/had time to do an eyebrow wax. The lady I spoke with told me I could come in and I told her I would be there in 2 min…literally. Well when I walked in, the ladies looked startled. I told them my name and that I just spoke with someone about coming in for an eyebrow wax. The same lady from before comes up and ask me if I was the name I gave on the phone. I said yes. Then she looked disappointed and walked off wanting me to follow her but never said, “follow me please” or “this way please”. Nothing. She points to the room and tells me to go in there. She comes in and I say “thank you so much for making time for this” & she barely mumbled a response. While doing my eyebrows (outside of pulling the paper off for the wax), I felt she was a bit aggressive with wiping my brows and applying the alcohol and cream or oil. My eyebrows looked fine besides the amount of oil she left on them. When she was done she just walked out of the room. I was thinking, “well damn” as I got up to put my jacket on and head to the register solo. When I got to the register she gave me the price and I handed her my card. She proceeded to do things in her phone while she rang me up and passed me my receipt to sign. I said thank you and again, she barely mumbled anything out. I proceeded to turn around to everyone in the salon and say I hope you all have a great day! Even after not feeling welcomed, I tipped and wished them well. I will give this place one more chance and if the vibes are the same I will not be returning for any type of service. I’m polite and I tip well, but I will not give anymore money to anyone that doesn’t want me in their establishment.

Critical: QualityI have gone 3 different times for gel nails and a fill. Today I had an appointment for 11:30 but didn’t get started until noon. The older woman is way too rough. After she burned a hole in my finger and left an open sore (I told her it hurt and yelled ouch when it happened), she continued to be rough. She filed my skin repeatedly instead of my nails and while holding the dremmel like tool on my cuticles and burning them because she held it on too long. I told her it was burning when she held the tool in place too long multiple times. My nails are all different lengths. She didn’t hold them together to even attempt to get them the same. She also asks obsessively where I got my nails done before. Definitely won’t go back.Service: Gel manicuresI have gone 3 different times for gel nails and a fill.
