For one the young lady is so rude and she doesn’t speak. I really don’t want to make it racial but I had never seen a black person in her chair so one day I went and asked if she can do my nails she stated she’s not taking new customers so I asked my white friend to see what she will say she actually made a time slot for her now I knew it was something she walks past you with her nose up in the air doesn’t speak just an attitude period. I definitely stopped going be aware.

I’m highly disappointed with the nail tech and salon. I wish I had gotten her name but she was older. She can not lay acrylic. She does not listen. Acrylic all under of my nail. I had to fuss for her to take the drill and file it down. I asked if she was going to cut my cuticles, she said that would be $10. At other salons, that is apart of the full set. She could not do any designs. I kept it basic but it still was not neat and clean. Waste of $60. I will never go again. They do not take your payment before doing your nails so you better make sure they are dry before you dig in your purse for the payment.

Decided to stop by and give them a try. I should have read the reviews first! I’m not picky on a lot of stuff but when you spend that amount of cash, I definitely need to be. Absolutely not worth the price. I paid $50 and my nails absolutely do not look professionally done. If you’re thinking about going, don’t! These are the results of my nails and quite a disappointment. Being this place is close to home and wanted to support the community, unfortunately they didn’t deliver on the results. They left nail polish and the top coat all around skin. The massage should be the best part and it wasn’t. Of course this was rushed.

I got a great pedicure from Cindy. Loni who sits in the front is very rude and mean. Unless you are her customer she doesn’t acknowledge people at all. I am big on customer service and they just don’t provide that. I won’t step foot in that shop ever again. My money counts.

Luc is one of the rudest people in the whole salon! Legit hangs up on you if he doesn’t like what he’s hearing. Then acts like he doesn’t understand English when u call back. This place is amazing!! Lon always does my nails and they are always the bomb!!! Noon has done my lashes and she is just as awesome!! Love going here, always friendly and they make me and my daughter feel like family!!! I would give them +1000 if I could. My nails always last 3 weeks or more when my schedule keeps me from getting in on time.

The quality of their work has declined. The front desk lady is RUDE to all clients except her appointments. With that attitude she needs to not be the door greeter. The older guy can’t do nails at all. I went here for years and finally said F them and switched cause they act like they don’t want my money so why give it to them
