Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI went to Star Nails with a friend, we had made an appointment for 2:00pm. We showed up for appointment at 1:50pm to have x2 fill and 1 color change. We had to wait because they were running behind for our appointment. I asked at the beginning which colors were gel polish and they told the ones on the top but there that I picked they were unable to do the whole nail with so I had to pick from the small amount of gel colors they had. Once they started my nails I felt like they were rushed and they didn’t do the style I wanted (coffin) they didn’t even check to see if my nails were even. Once we got to the polish part they didn’t even cover the whole nail, I asked for them to repaint the side and they got upset and said “do you want the polish on your skin”. While they were doing my nails they had over booked for the 3pm time slot which they were not prepared for. They finished with my nails and told me I had to wait because they had another apartment coming in??? I told them I didn’t need to have them do a color change on my toes. I went to Star Nails with a friend, we had made an appointment for 2:00pm. We showed up for appointment at 1:50pm to have x2 fill and 1 color change. We had to wait because they were running behind for our appointment.
