Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValuePaul & Shayla are wonderful people, and they always do a great job on my nails each and every time I go there! I tried other places, but I was smart and came back to Star Nails, because they care about how I like my nails done, I never get mold under my nails, and Shayla always does the greatest nail designs. Paul & Shayla are wonderful people, and they always do a great job on my nails each and every time I go there! I tried other places, but I was smart and came back to Star Nails, because they care about how I like my nails done, I never get mold under my nails, and Shayla always does the greatest nail designs. Then I had broken two of my acrylics (my own fault, not theirs) and went back this morning praying they would have time to fix them before I had to go to work. They got me all fixed up immediately. There was a mother and daughter getting pedicures and I couldn’t help but notice how great they were with the little girl as well! Absolutely amazing! They got me in within an hour when I did not have an appointment yesterday. Then I had broken two of my acrylics (my own fault, not theirs) and went back this morning praying they would have time to fix them before I had to go to work. They got me all fixed up immediately. Critical: QualityHorrible! Asked for the gel nails that are like acrylic they said yes no problem….all they did was paint my q5yr nails…charged for acrylics! Refused to fix…asked her if she wanted a stencil…like why ask the child that obviously doesn’t understand because she doesn’t get her nails done! Will NEVER come back! And they yelled at my 6yr old bc she messed a nail up as she had to urinate!Services: Acrylic nails, PedicureHorrible!
