Quit going because Chan and his wife were too rough on my nails and made me bleed. Used a nail drill, in a BIG hurry, and always nicked me. Just got tired of their carelessness. The daughter, though, was excellent.

I was so disappointed in their service and how you are treated. I was getting the dip powder and one nail ripped so the owner’s wife just filed it as short as possible and then all of my nails were different lengths. What made me mad was when she “accidentally” hit my cuticles and skin with their drill on 4 fingers and not even saying one word when I made it known it hurt! Those fingers have cuts and one was bleeding yet she ignored me. They are ridiculously expensive and came up with an amount I owed which still made no sense because it was more than what their sign says.

I have been going here for years. I always get pink and white. Since he started the dipping, Chan does pink and white dip. I am very pleased! Chan does quality work, he listens to his customer’s wants,. Chan is kind, friendly, fun. He is amazing how he remembers every person’s name and something special about the customer after meeting the person once. Chan and anyone who works for him NEVER would say anything unkind to his customer. Chan, his staff, and his establishment are A+; the BEST EVER!
