My best friend and I went to get our nails done. We asked prices ahead of time and at first they were friendly and had lots of information. I asked about a color and got immediately asked “are you sure? It’s expensive”. After getting my nails done, I had noticed that a couple of fingers were bleeding from the drill. I politely asked for a paper towel and the tech immediately started applying liquid labeled alcohol, and some blue gel that burned like FIRE.

You could not ask for a better experience!! I have always had acrylic nails off and on. They suggested dip nail because it is healthier abd I could not be happier knowing they are thinking of the customer and not just profits. I will be back for my pedicure also because it was amazing!!

Star Nails is in my opinion the best place to get the pampering we all need! Always friendly people, salon is always clean and sanitary. The manager Jessica Do is one of the hardest working people I’ve ever met. Her staff is dedicated to making your experience warm, comfortable, and totally satisfactory. Did not feel pampered at all. The massage chair were squeaky and the people that did my friends and I toes were rough and you could tell they did not care. I was told I could only choose from like two rings of colors and I settled for something I didn’t like. These nail were supposed to be for my wedding im very upset and disappointed. They were very rushed and left as quick as they could after I payed. All the “treatments” were just a bunch of lotions and overly hot towels. When they did a foot wax on my friend they didn’t even completely take it off her feet. They made her pay and said okay put you shoes on. Then the price was not fair for what we got. $75 for getting miss treated and felt very uncomfortable. We are still having kneck and back pain room those chairs. 100% would not recommend… not even to my worse enemy

0 stars for star nails. Walked in the door and requested to have my acrylic nails taken off and have new ones put on. Immediately their ratty little nail tech tried nipping at my ankles. Very unprofessional I was unaware it was that kind of place. I then sat down to soak my nails in what I thought to be acetone but was in fact straight acid. I told the lady it burned my hands and she then proceeded to grab my hand and literally rip it off my literal body. In my opinion, this seems to be a bit of an over reaction but whateves. Gave 1 star because the paper towelettes in the bathroom were very soft but very hard to wipe with one hand but I’m not trying to get political. I also had some issues with the parking they should look into fixing that.

I went in for a pedicure they only showed me the $50 and $55 dollar options covered up the rest! I picked $50 comes out to $69 then I left a tip! They changed my card for the $69 then again when I left for a tip over twice the amount that I even wrote down for a tip. I get home and actually look at my toenails and there is nail polish all over my toes. I will never be back!! The guy doing my nails was also stopping to talk on his phone and to everyone around him was not relaxing at all.
