I followed my favorite nail tech Nina to 501 Nails. The location is well decorated and very clean. The staff are all very friendly and the customers I’ve interacted with have all seemed happy with their services. Nina does the best work! I’ve never left unsatisfied. Awful service. Got a pedicure and the girl that did it didn’t seem to care. There was a lady that was in the chair before me and an older lady was doing her pedicure and took her time. The girl that did mine got finished in about 15 minutes while the other lady was still being pampered. I will never go back there. My girlfriend got her nails done and did not get what she asked for and the guy that was doing them tried to argue and basically did her nails the way he wanted them done. Piss poor service.
