March 14th I went in for full set of acrylics and I was super disappointed in my nails after I looked closely at them…. They are super thick and you can see every file line under the white acrylic… she seemed not interested nor happy about doing my nail’s …. Like attitude about her & acting like I wasn’t going to tip her even tho I did $20 but the good person I am I gave her a chance… one of my nails chipped the same day and you can see bubbles all throughout my nails… And everyone I’ve talked to said the black line is too thick… definitely not happy and will never go back

When I entered the business the two nail techs were watching television in the pedicure chairs. It took them a long time to notice we were there. My pedicure turned out fine, but I’m extremely disappointed with my full set. My nail tech kept telling me to relax, even though she kept drilling my fingers and cutting me. It was extremely rushed, and she kept pushing my hand deeper into the UV dryer even though I told her it was burning me. The black lines are way too thick, and overall the design is very sloppy. The nails themselves are crooked. The black polish is see through in areas, and chipping. It looks nothing like the picture I showed her. My friends turned out similarly. None of the typical manicure services were done, so my nail beds and around my nails still look horrible. Both nail techs were rude to my friend and I, and acted like we were inconveniencing them by purchasing their services, despite literally no one being in the salon when we got there.

I went there with my niece and wanted to get a manicure and nails painted , I was overcharged and both ladies were rough on your nails I complained to her and let her know she was being rough after leaving the salon we noticed they were not painted all the way missing areas and they seemed like they were rushing . Tv in the back was extremely loud , both ladies could not speak English and hard to understand. I called and complained and spoke to Kathy and the owner made it right she refunded my money . She asked if we wanted to come back and no charge and I declined nails look like jelly beans , thick , missing color horrible and felt rushed . I wanted to treat my niece and we had a bad experience. Not happy

Color and shape of nails are alright but when she cut my cuticles it made me bleed twice, I can still see my real nails under the polish on the sides, the dipped nails are very bulky, she was in a rush when they weren’t busy, and even over charged us. Definitely not impressed.

My friend and I went in the other day for manicures and full sets. The second we walked in it just felt very unwelcoming. My lady rushed through my pedicure and just seemed annoyed from the jump that she had to work on me. She rushed through the entire pedicure. When it came time for my full set she acted as to be annoyed she even had to do that. She kept asking the other lady how to do what I wanted. The nails are completely sloppy. They are almost paper thin and feel like they will pop off at any minute. I had glue all under my nails and around my fingers when she was finished. She also made my pinky bleed with how aggressive she was filing. Each nail has its own issue. The nails are all bubbly and have grooves through out. A few of my nails the tips don’t even fir and don’t cover the surface of my nail. I wanted to have them fixed when I was finished but I was so uncomfortable by the time me of the service I just wanted to pay and leave. $92 for both services and I shouldn’t have even paid for what I was given. My friends nails were just as bad except hers are all extremely thick. Air bubbles through out each nail. She had a chip on the end of one of them. The tips are all different widths and thicknesses. She also had glue and debris all over when we left. Usually I would say something during my service but I felt like I didn’t have a option, she kept slapping my hands and my feet as if I should know what she was doing next. I’ve never been so displeased with a service before. Didn’t even remove any cuticles or buff the nails. When she applied cuticle oil she just slapped it on and said ok finished.
