Have been coming to this location for a while now and haven’t had issues in the past, however this last time I came in it was a different story. I normally get acrylic nails with color and decided to switch and get the pink and white french tip nails. They looked okayish in the salon however looking at them now they have little mail shavings all throughout them leaving little bumps. The female technician just lightly brushed the dust off from the previous nails she filed away and did a poor job of keeping the dust out of the new acrylic she laid. The nails themselves feel bumpy and lumpy, not smooth, I was charged $50 for this set :/ This will probably be the last time I come here.

It was a little busy when I went, but it could have been the time of day, and I did get in rather quickly. I got a dip manicure here a few weeks ago from a female technician and was very happy. So I came back today to get a fill in of the same color. This time, I got an older male technician, and I told him I wanted the same color I already had on. He asked me to pick it out, and I did my best but it did not end up being the same color. I would have liked help finding the same color, because I ended up with a totally different one. It is not what I wanted, but luckily I still like the color. However, he also did not ask me what shape I wanted my nails filed into, he just filed them rounded. I wanted more square nails though, so I asked him to straighten out the edges and sharpen the corners, but they still ended up pretty rounded. So I ended up with a pretty different look than what I wanted, but I didn’t hate it, so I still paid full price plus a tip. However next time, try to ask questions and make sure the customer is getting what they really want. No hard feelings, but I will probably ask for a different technician next time. (Purple is first job, shorter brown is second.)

I went to get a mani/pedi with my sister for her birthday on the 19th. After we chose our services and only requesting gel polish, according to the pricing on the posted on the board it should have cost roughly $65 plus tip. However, the total came to $86 plus tip. Now, I will remind you, i did not get acrylic or any lenghting to my nails. So if you are going to charge more than than the posted pricing please make the clients aware of the price difference if something changes before the services. Also, I gave 2 stars because the nails actually looked great for a week.

So the past four times I have been there they have all been my only day off I have been rejected service every single time. I always go when they first open, and they always tell me that they can’t do my nails. Is there is always two people in there and I have watched other people come in and they help them but then reject me I will not be going back again! I have been going there for years!!!!!!! So upset!

I haven’t had my nails done in years. And my daughter and I went to get nails, and ended up getting pedicures as well. The people there are so nice, very helpful and it was so nice! The massaging chairs at the pedicure station was a big plus 🙂 made this mama relax immediately! I’ve already decided I will be back regularly and bringing my youngest as well! She will love it too! Thanks so much for helping us relax after a stressful few weeks!
